I love Grandys food but be warned on this place. The food is good but the location is in the under ground shopping area and they... close early. If your driving you will have to find a parking spot where you pay to park and then walk down to the restaurant. Read more
A good place to walk to if you are in the area or parked nearby or at the Dallas Convention Center. Located in the lower level... of the Bank of America Skyscraper (The tallest building in Downtown Dallas). It gets busy, especially around lunch time. Limiteddays/hours (M-F 7a-3p). My last two encounters with this location have been horrible. Every time I order lunch they are always out of something. The... first time they didn't have chicken made for the chicken sandwich and said it would take like 6 minutes to make. Given that Ialready waited 10 min to order and had to get back to work, I couldn't wait 6 minutes. The second time I ordered they didn'thave macaroni and cheese, for my order. The server started to give fries and when I told I didn't want fries but mac and cheese,that is when she told me they didn't have it. When I decided to cancel my order the server gave me an attitude and said "Whydidn't I tell her before that I didn't want fries but macaroni and cheese before she made the sandwich.." I simply told her, Ishouldn't have to. You're a restaurant and if you guys don't have something you should communicate that to your customers beforeplacing the order.
