customer service was okay I was greeted by a lady she took my orderI had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and fried... okra the total was $7.57 starting with the chicken fries steak it was okay it could have been fresher the mashed potatoes weredelicious however the gravy look like coffee and cream flavorless the okra was hot and crispy just a little too well done. I love Grandys food but be warned on this place. The food is good but the location is in the under ground shopping area and they... close early. If your driving you will have to find a parking spot where you pay to park and then walk down to the restaurant. Read more
