We fly through DFW a lot and live remotely in Colorado. We plan nights at the Grand Hyatt because of three things, our flight... times, the hotel staff, and this restaurant. A fun start to our 40th anniversary. Our waiter Felix was top notch. And kudos tothe chef who also thanked his kitchen staff. A true leader. Read more

Awesome experience both times. Our first evening was amazing even though there was an issue that wasn’t our waiters fault. Our... second dining experience our waiter from the first night, Luis, immediately led us to a table to make up for the previous nightsdelay. Once again out of his hands there was an issue but Luis and Jonathan, the manager, went above and beyond ensuring we weretaken care of. I’ve eaten here on four occasions when I travel and it’s always been a great experience and even kidfriendly as I saw with my past experience. I will come here again. Great food, service, presentation and atmosphere all over! Iapplaud the folks that work here! Read more

Fantastic hotel restaurant nestled in the DFW Grand Hyatt. The old fashioned’s were prepared perfectly. The crispy Brussels... sprouts are not to miss. My main course was the scallops which were outstanding. Service was efficient and friendly. Read more

So this just happened. We came in after what has been a day of unfortunate events. Most notably, our flight to Puerto Vallarta... for my 50th birthday celebration with my besties was cancelled. Felicia greeted us from the bar with joy and happiness. Shenoticed our birthday themed attire and immediately wished happy birthday. We shared our woes from the day and in no time, shehad arranged for a special birthday treat to be delivered to us at the bar. Topped off by a greeting from the chef who said hehoped this helped make the day a little better. So wonderful! Stay. Here. Drink. Here. Read more

Do not eat the sushi! This place is a disaster. In 2018, they served my colleague shellfish after he told them he had a... shellfish allergy. He had to take medication after the event. Last week, the sushi caused 5 of us to become very ill. Thekitchen put 10x too much habanero into their habanero masago. It was so bad that I almost went to the hospital. At the meal, the manager said it was not their mistake and it was just that our entire group was not accustomed to hot food. Later thewaiter and some folks from the kitchen that tasted the bad sushi confirmed that someone messed up big time. This establishmentserved us bad sushi and then the management was not truthful about their mistake. I will not stay at this hotel again or visitthis establishment. Read more

I love that place, the chef made and excellent work. The food and the wine are the best. The price is expensive, but not much... for the airport. Read more
