I can't even describe how pathetic the spicy chicken tasted and looked like. Instead of cooking in spicy oil, they just dumped... paprika on my chicken ????. Please save your pennies and take them somewhere, unless they change and fix this mess. Read more

The only reason I give it 2 stars is the lack of communication and assuming. I ordered online and when I got there, was told... that because I ordered one thing that wasn't ready it was gonna take a bit but then was told that they didn't have rolls readyand so they just gave me double dirty rice. I appreciated them trying but I was tired of waiting on my food that I just decidedthat it was ok. Although if I was told that they ran out of rolls too. I probably would've waited. Read more

I?ve gone through the drive thru a few times and never had an issue. Today, I decided to eat inside with my kids. It took over... 10 minutes for my food to get brought out even tho the plates sat on the counter with chicken in them for the majority of thattime. I thought maybe they were making fresh fries but they weren?t fresh when we got them. They also sent multiple order for togo and through the drive thru out while we waited. I get it. Their drive thru time is probably timed so the eat in customersaren?t priorities. Bigger issue. I asked for spicy tenders with gravy for the dipping sauce. He tried handing me the plate withregular tenders and no sauce. Biggest issue. The main reason we ate inside was so my daughter could have an ice cream cone.Nothing came out of the machine. I told the guy it was empty. He told me that it was probably frozen from the inside and therewas nothing he could do about it. As we finish our meal a man comes in and tries to get ice cream as well. They send someone outwith cream and the machine starts working right away. I addressed it with the man he told me he couldn?t do anything and he justsaid well it could have been frozen. It?s working now you can get it now. It?s really rude and dismissive. To make matters worstthe guy they fixed the machine for ordered his food to go. The machine clearly says dine in only. Was disappointed to find they don?t take Apple Pay when I went today and only had my phone on me for payment. Food looked yummy... but couldn?t order anything. Was able to use bathroom tho, and it was clean, so that?s a plus. Read more
I've order 10 pieces family meal, 20 pieces chicken Tender togo. I asked for utensils, lady at the door said, we dont give... anything for family meal.
