I love the chicken there, the personnel are respectful and they serve really quick.
Not much more to say than disappointing. The fish wasn?t warm. The okra was only half filled in the small bag. The roll was... hard even though it looked like it wouldn?t be. The fish was in pieces and in no way looked like the filets on the menu. Verypuny looking. From looking at other similar reviews left by other customers it appears that management doesn?t care. I hate going to this place after 2pm. There is no regard to how the food is prepared. Today I ordered 2-3pc tender meals with... water. The tenders were undercooked, the fries were recooked and hard, the bread felt like it had been sitting for hours and thewaters didn't have any ice. I work hard for the money I spend and I want the service and food that i deserve when spending mymoney. This is ridiculous especially when I get off work trying to feed my family. If I could have I would have rated a -5stars. Until corporate and management resolve their in-house issues this will be this service we receive.???????????????????????? GO TO A DIFFERENT GOLDEN CHICK! Terrible every time I go. the employees are to busy laughing and taking them to take orders.... Then when they finaly get around to taking your order they rush you to finish your order and rush the food. I understand it'sfast food but can you not make a mess of everything. I was missing alot of items and the one gravy that I did get from all mycombos was thrown in the box and soiled into the box. Read more
I ordered two Fletchers corn dogs. The employee initially stated they did not have any more. Then stated they did have some.... Well the batter in the two corn dogs I was given was crunchy and crumbling. The corn dogs were clearly old and refried. Theweiner was sort of brownish/greenish. They were horrible and a disgrace to the Fletcher brand. The employees were laughing andjoking as if they were outdoors. The cashier was playing with her hair. She said they did not have ice for drinks, but she waseating ice. That entire crew at the drive thru window need some Customer Service training. Btw, my corn frittersand fries werehot and fresh. However, the corn dog negated the entire order. My grandmother enjoyed her chicken salad sandwich. Read more
If I could I would give them 0 starts, worst customer service, I work 20 minutes from this place they messed up EVERYTHING on... my order, they forgot my sides I had to go back around the drive through to get them and as soon as I get to my work place I seethe food and it wasn?t what I had order at all, after work I went to get a refund and make my food fresh because I haven?teating anything after my 8 hr shift and she denied my my good and the refund.
