Our company has ordered a few times at this Stemmons location since I started working back in September 2021. We usually order... online since it's a big order, around 8 people. Everytime time we have ordered, something has always been missing. The ordershave also been late everytime from the time it says they are going to be ready. This last time (today) was the worst. Orderedonline at 11:45 am and said would be ready 12:32pm. Which seems like plenty of time to put together 8 orders. When I arrivedorder was not ready. To the point wasn't ready till 1:18pm. Close to hour after time said would be ready. On top of that I wentthrough order and one of the orders was missing. Had to go back in. I even noticed other customers had problems with theirorders whether w time or missing/wrong items. Food quality is always good, but not worth that wait. We give good business withbig orders. But probably won't go to that location for a long while. Read more
As far as I remembered Golden Chick tenders are very good, but today I ordered a 4 piece during lunch time and got dry small... tenders which was disappointing. I'm not sure if I will coming back to this location. Read more
It was later, but the chicken tender was still delicious, with great customer service. I don't know if the wait was happy to be... getting off or if she was just friendly. Whatever it was it was refreshing. I will be going back. Read more
Love the service. The ladies were very friendly even though they were busy!! I didn?t appreciate the fact the manager was just... kicked back in the dining room just watching them (his employees) struggle while being busy not doing anything! I find that veryodd! I thought it was about team work!! It makes the dream work maybe he needs more training on being a manager or team membereven! Read more
My son ordered bone on chicken wings and they were delicious. There were some spices sprinkled on them which were too hot for... me, just a warning. However, they were hot, crispy, and delicious ???? This location was in Dallas near Dallas Love Field nottoo far from Southwest Airlines. Read more
I had to wait 3 minutes at the drive thru order speaker to be asked to hold longer another 6-8 minutes before my order was... taken. $20.42 to hard and old not fresh food. Then my 2 fish is the size of 2 tenders. I would not treat my enemy to have ameal here. Total waste of money, gas, and time. Read more
I usually only post positive reviews...but I couldn?t even enjoy my meal. EVERYTHING was over cooked. I had to take off the... edges of the chicken sandwich....just to be able to bite down into it. At this point it?s going in the trash. Would ask for aremake or a refund...but maybe if I go another day at a different time....maybe I?ll have a better experience. The young ladythat worked drive thru didn?t seem like it was a good work day for her...like at all. We (Husband and I) also noticed that thesame one that took our order was the one making our food ????. Our food was NOT made with love. Instead it was made from a placeof an employee ready to quit in any given moment. Like she seemed fed up. Idk Golden Chick.... gotta go that extra mile to makesure that your employees are good.....because my meal...was not. Will change the review and give an update if I ever go back. (Iknow I will ....
