Great service, the food is really good; really fresh. The manager and the team was amazing!
13 minutes for a single sub that looks like it was thrown together in 3 seconds.the bag looks like it was used as a napkin for... whoever threw my sandwich together. HORRIBLE and kinda gross! Ps. Don't try calling, the phone number just goes to a unnamedvoice-mail. Is this response a joke? OMG! I was trying to redeem my birthday rewards and missed the deadline because I got off work late and then went to Bible Study... at my Church last night. So today I called this location and asked to speak to the restaurant manager. I explained my situationto Ms. Sadie and she said that she would allow me to redeem my birthday rewards today only... Then she wished me a HappyBirthday! After work I rushed over to the Firehouse Subs High Point Crossing with hopes to meet Ms. Sadie but I got to meet herAsst. I dined in at the High Point Crossing location today. Brooklyn took my order and made my sandwich. She helped me decide on the... best sandwich. I chose the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket with lettuce and tomato, and it was AMAZING! The bread wassoft. Brooklyn was an absolute sweetheart, and I will definitely be back to this location again and again. Thank you, FirehouseSubs and Brooklyn, for amazing customer service and experience.
