This place looks new and great, but the drive through agents could use some training. I pulled through, waited for someone to... ask for my order. Waiting about 5 min, then someone finally says "LET ME KNOW WHEN YOURE READY" I provided my order. When I gotthrough with my order the person just said "thank you". I asked for clarification, wasn't sure if that meant pull forward orwhat exactly it meant. When I asked what they said, no response, asked again, no response. Pulled around. Person asked me aquestion, but didn't even look at me so I was not able to understand as she was speaking to her screen. Just very rude. Did thesame thing when I asked for my total. Just very rude as if I was interrupting her day. Then I got home and my entire order waswrong. I ordered rice and a side salad, I got beans and a salad. My drink was not what I ordered and I asked for flowertortillas and got corn. Chicken was fine, but won't be back here. Read more

So three people ordered ahead of me and they all got their meals for free because they claimed the card reader was down. Sweet... little girl at the windows about to give me the meal free until the little manager saw me and was very hesitant to get thereader fixed. Not only did she demand my card she didn?t honor the cashier. So three white people ahead of me got their mealsfor free but She was determined The black guy wasn?t one.x Definitely noted.? Read more
My husband and I just relocated to Dallas. We use to go to El Pollo Loco in San Antonio years ago and it was always a favorite.... We had to go as soon as we realized that there was one nearby our present location. I ordered the two piece chicken with riceand beans with the green avocado sauce. It was so incredibly good. Have been a fan of Pollo Loco since the 90s in Los Angeles. I got home a short while ago and I was just excited and anticipating... my first bite of this avocado chicken salad with cilantro dressing. A super big fail. Look...at the end of the day, a veryhonest food critic wants the business to succeed and score a 10. This was not the case. Let the pic speak for itself. Come on,sparkle like you did in LA. The salsa in the small cups were just crushed tomatoes...it had no flavor. I know Pollo Loco can dobetter. I ordered the 10 piece family dinner from the drive-thru. The staff was so friendly! The chicken was one of the best... flame-grilled chicken I have ever tasted in my life! The skin was crispy and the chicken was tender. The flavours of the beansand the Spanish rice were awesome! The staff members gave us plenty of guac and tomatoes! The flour tortillas were soft andwarm. Definitely worth the price! If you love Mexican food you have to come here! Read more
