Food is always good, the place stays clean. However, this location can?t handle pressure. I understand the chaos that can ensue... when the screen is slammed with orders and the staff have to deal with a high stress situation but today, I could not justifyit. I?ve been a daily customer every morning for 3 months and I use the app to save time to get a simple sandwich and coffee,sometimes just a bagel and coffee. 8:00am I walk in and grab my coffee in the window. I wait for a simple bagel with jam andit never shows. Seven people are in line, one large catering order is being bagged and three orders are in the window. All sevenpeople walked out with their order along with the large catering order. Door dash picks up the orders in the window and all thesudden 5 more people come flooding in. 8:20am At this point I?m tired of waiting for the staff to notice me ,like they alwaysdo, and ask me what I?m waiting for. After a few people ask about their orders I ask about my own. The staff is pulling theirhair and clearly annoyed about the morning rush. Everyone is wearing frustration on their face and I almost feel out-of-line foreven considering asking. I?m quickly answered with ?We?re backed up? and then dismissed. I didn?t even get the chance totell her that I saw everyone get their order before mine although I ordered almost 25min ago. Not to mention that it was just asimple non toasted bagel with jam, I would?ve just taken an uncut bagel with no jam if they would?ve tossed me one. Instead Iwas given a default answer. 8:25am After seeing two more new faces get their food 5 minutes after ordering, I?m fed up. I nolonger see my order on the screen and left standing their unacknowledged. I have to leave to get back to work and let the bagelsit if it ever even hit the shelf. It?s just a stupid bagel but I don?t like how I was handled, I can?t be waiting 30 minutesfor something that takes 60sec. I use the app to save time and instead the people in Read more

I am in heaven having an Einsteins so close to me... But this store really makes my mornings even better... I am always greeted... by name (i go 3-4xs week), and a smile... of course great bagels, and smears... and my order is always ready in less than 5minutes... Read more

I'm so glad they opened up nearby. I was really craving lox and bagel and didn't want to pay and arm and a leg. The ladies here... were super friendly and the service was quick. There's no seating, so it's to-go only. They had an order ahead stand so if youwant even faster service, use their website or app. The bagel was yummy. I wish I had a smidge more cream cheese, but I def gotenough. The onion and salmon were fresh too. I'd come back again! Read more
Glad to finally find my gals. Manager Karen and other friend Chandra who were both at Preston and Royal Eintein Bros. before... they closed it.This new location recently opened and it's great for a quick breakfast and coffee on my way shopping and errands.They're the reason I trust their food as I become more cautious since Covid.
