Horrible customer service. Ordered ahead before work and the lady at the register completely ignored me at first. Then said my... order didn't come through and that I had to go back online to get a refund. Even though I had my receipt showing the correctdate correct address and that I had paid ahead. The bagels are fresh and the food is pretty good, but it's definitely not cheap for what you get. You would think they'd at... least offer refills on their tea, but even that isn't included in their high drink prices. I think it's overall fine, but theycould do more to differentiate themselves in the customer satisfaction department! Read more
Went in to purchase a bagel and the lady working there with pink hair had her mask down below her nose and she was having a... cough attack on the food line while preparing the persons order in front of me. I walked out I didn?t want to have a coughed onbagel and get sick. Read more
Bagels and shmear were excellent. The cashier was a little pushy. Seemed to expect you to know what you want before you even get... in the queue. I rarely go to one of these so I had a couple of questions and I got eye rolls and a "hurry it up" attitude.Knocking off a Star for that but all was fine otherwise. Absolutely 5stars for me! Not only Einstein is known for some scrumptious bagels but when the staff is just icing on the cake!... So polite, courteous, wonderful customer experiences....I was having a hard decisions choosing between the pizza and the brisketand the cashier lady (hate to not asked her name) kindly assisted...how both choices are great and provided her favorite choice.Love how own staff knows their product which helps us as consumer. I've walked in to other places and when asked what theysuggest they have no clue....but she knew the menu well which was easy to make my decision. Thank you for hiring such greatemployees. Good food. Bagels are delicious, spreads have multiple choices. Their avocado toasts probably are one of the most reasonably... priced. Best part is their customer service never disappoints. Made an order for 5 people, by the time I paid... The food wasready. This is New York speed in a slow Texas location! Recommended for everyone who has never tried it. Read more

Shop was a bit dirty and could do with a refresh. Bagel was fine and the honey almond schmear was as good as I remembered. Cold... brew was a bit bitter and caffeine level was intense (I drink a few a day and rarely get the jitters - this one was immediate!) Read more
