Horrible customer service. Ordered ahead before work and the lady at the register completely ignored me at first. Then said my... order didn't come through and that I had to go back online to get a refund. Even though I had my receipt showing the correctdate correct address and that I had paid ahead. The bagels are fresh and the food is pretty good, but it's definitely not cheap for what you get. You would think they'd at... least offer refills on their tea, but even that isn't included in their high drink prices. I think it's overall fine, but theycould do more to differentiate themselves in the customer satisfaction department! Read more

Bagels and shmear were excellent. The cashier was a little pushy. Seemed to expect you to know what you want before you even get... in the queue. I rarely go to one of these so I had a couple of questions and I got eye rolls and a "hurry it up" attitude.Knocking off a Star for that but all was fine otherwise.
