My family has been going to this place since before I was born. I'm now 23 and still love getting Broccoli Chicken + side of... fried roce and Chicken Teriyaki. We moved away from the area, but it's always worth it going out of our way to get food fromthis place. We've never had a problem in all the years coming to this place, would recommend 100%. Read more
I had a horrible experience here. I gave this place a chance despite someone warning me to not even bother. My fried rice was... flavorless. - I called and complained and the worker was basically going back and forth with me. She had an answer for all ofmy complaints like it was a competition of who could argue the best. - I just wanted my dish to have more flavor but instead Istarved during my lunch break because I spent my lunch money on this place. - They denied me a refund. My husband went back tocorrect the order and they resent me the exact same order. The rice was still undercooked to the point it was crunchy. I won?tbe returning here. I just wanted to support a small business while I?m on a strict budget. They just proved to me that they donot care about their customers. Read more
If you want cheap, no frills Chinese takeout this is what you want. It?s not fancy. The poor reviews, quite frankly, sound like... they were looking for a Panda Express experience?this is not that. This is your neighborhood hole in the wall that has what youwant at an affordable price. You know who you?ll see at the window and you know that they?ve been at it for years. AMAZING! Simply amazing! The people working here are wonderful and the service they provide is even better (: The food is... Tremendous and they have extreme portion sizes!!! I've been eating on this for 20 minutes and have not even touched this itseems! (picture taken after I for like 20 minutes and was full, and done eating.) An FYI for management, your online menu needs to be updated and your outside lights needs to be turned on. I ordered 2 egg... rolls, 1 fountain drink, 1 orange chicken with rice, and 1 beef with fried rice. The food came out very fresh and hot from thekitchen with an estimated 5-7 minute wait. The total price for 1 person came out to be almost $20. I didn't know that I wasordering 2 separate meals and if the menu was a little bit more clear I would have spent about $10-12 dollars. I have more thanenough to have a full meal for tomorrow. The orange chicken was tender with just the right amount of spice. The beef was bothtender and a little bit tough, something that the restaurant people would not have known unless somebody said something, which Idid not. My overall impression of Egg Roll Express was about an 8 on a scale of 1-10. I will visit again. Read more
