So sad, been going to this place for years and the guys at the grill just lost my business forever. Asked for a pasta dinner and... they gave me about 5 bites In my container and threw the rest in the trash as I watched and tried to sell me at full price.Second time this has happened in a month. Always been a fan of Eatzi?s, but this locating is by far the best! Extremely consistant in what they do. I made the mistake of... going to the lovers location last week and couldn?t believe the difference in food quality. It was like eating at a completelydifferent concept. This was terrible. It was 1pm and after waiting 15 minutes (and only two guests ahead of me and two workers behind the line) to... order the cook/chef told me they were not ready for lunch as they were just changing over from breakfast. I went to the preparedfoods area and got shrimp and steak (cold) and at that in the windy rainy Saturday after thanksgiving. I spoke to the managerand he was dressed as chef too. Nonresponsive to dismissive at best. I WILL NOT BE BACK. It looked like Eatzi's in Oak Lawn andthe food I got was good, but I must say I had better service at Dunkin and DQ. I will stay at the Oak Lawn location. Speaking toother customer and shoppers in the plaza there was similar perceptions and a few cited poor management with regular turnover.Sad, I had hoped for more from Eatzi's. The lady behind the counter was awesome and in my opinion she should be the manager. Read more
