Outstanding food, excellent service, fantastic atmosphere. The hotel front desk recommended Dylan's BBQ, and they weren't wrong... when they said good authentic barbecue. I got the three meat plate, brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. The portions were large, thesmoke flavor was outstanding, and the meat was delicious. The ribs are so tender; that the meat falls off the bone with a slightpull. I also recommend the Jalapeño Mac & Cheese if you like spicy things. If you want a down-home barbecue, this is yourjoint. Loved it 2019 but something happened and now the brisket is dry in 2022. This has a major effect in the taste value and I can't... recommend it. I'll try the sausages next time, but for the long drive here it was a let down for this supposed gem we foundyears ago. Read more
Had a great lunch today at Dylans. The BBQ was fantastic, had brisket and ribs. The atmosphere was awesome, overhead doors... rolled up, fresh air, TV's, adult beverages, everything you want in a good BBQ place. I highly recommend Dylans for some greatBBQ. Read more

I would give this place 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Stopped in for lunch today and picked up a pound of brisket and 1/3 rope... of green onion sausage. The sausage was excellent. Very tasty and flavorful. The brisket was very moist, smoky, with a nicebark and coloring. Fall apart. Doesn't need the sauce at all, though the sauce is also decent. I don't know how I could be moresatisfied with what I ordered. I will definitely be back. Read more
We stumbled upon this BBQ place as it was one of the few highly-rated options open on a Monday evening. We almost left when we... pulled up, as the outside looks very run down and isn’t in the best area. I was very glad we stayed. There’s a large bararea with a variety of seating. Ordering food is done at a separate counter. The staff were really nice. They have a variety ofmeats and sides. I opted for a 2 meat plate with brisket, ribs, jalapeño cheddar Mac, apple citrus slaw, and cornbread. Theprices were fair, the restaurant was clean, and the service was quick. They have a few sauces and toppings available in aself-serve bar. The sauces seemed pretty basic and could have been store bought. The staff were extremely nice! The foodrocked! The ribs were tender, the brisket was fatty and flavorful, and the sides were no slackers either. Even the cornbread wasmoist and awesome. Read more
