The facility was dirty. My wife and I walked in the front door. There was a woman that had a lot of piercings and a really bad... attitude. I understand the job isn't great but you don't have to be mean to customers. My wife really wanted donuts ???? and wehad traveled a ways to get here. My wife really loves Dunkin' Donuts. I don?t usually go out of my way to write a bad review, yet here we are. I LOVE Dunkin! This specific location is worth driving... out of your way to avoid. The employees are very unfriendly and frankly quite rude. And, I don?t just mean one time, it?sconsistently poor service. I?d drive to a different location if I were you. Read more
Normal Dunkin food and drinks. I ordered 2 donuts, a kolache, omelet bites (bacon & cheddar) & 2 Med. Peach passion fruit... refreshers. Really like the refresher. The omelet bites do have an interesting flavor. I don't know if it's bc they're frozen &then heated. Good for a quick shot of protein. Read more
This place is nice .. I ordered a large coffee but since they have no large cups .. they offered me a 2 medium size coffee... instead for the same online order drive thu .. the staff were nice and helpful during the drive through ... definitely I willgo back there again ... Read more
Stopped by at this Dunkin? Donuts ???? at the drive through to pick up breakfast on the way to work. The service was quick and... efficient. Love the Dunkin? Donuts coffee ??, breakfast sandwiches ???? and toasted coconut ???? donuts ????. Highly recommendthis place!! ???????? Read more
Ordered through Doordash and received the wrong persons order. (Which btw they got that persons order wrong too according to... their receipt). Then I placed a request for redelivery, and finally got my order, only to eat half my sandwich and realize thebread had mold. I was appalled. They staff training, lack of hygiene and clear lack of sanitary practices of food safety arehighly questionable and concerning to say the least. Absolutely terrible and never returning. Read more
Geez, I've seen some harsh recent reviews of this place, but I guess I got lucky when I visited on Sunday morning, Dec 5. On the... day I visited, I came up from Alpha, because I knew it would be easier to approach from this street. Sure enough, I turned thecorner & the drive-thru line was in the street, which would mean, if I joined it, I'd be almost at the intersection. No thanks.I pulled into Jack-in-the-Box (sorry, Jack) and walked over, AFTER placing my order on the app (so smart, heehee). I ordered analmond milk vanilla latte, avocado toast & some donuts for my grandson. He & I entered and the crew behind the counter werereally rushing around getting the drive-thru orders, but it was quiet inside. There were only a couple of people in front of us,finishing up so we moved to the front quickly. I told them I was there to pick up an app order. A young man asked if I had avanilla latte & I said I did. He said there's your drink, I'm getting the rest of your order. I picked it up and it was veryhot. I verified that it was made with almond milk - he said it was. They handed us our order quickly & everything was fresh andvery good. I thought the staff was pleasant. The restaurant was spotless & we enjoyed sitting in the easy chairs, enjoying ourmeal while the cars drove thru the line. i just went through the drive thru to get my mobile order and they made my 2 drinks wrong. i was the only car there and they... were not busy, id get it if there was a rush or other cars but there wasnt. I saw one of the women put their fingers in thedrink while pouring it into the cup, id at least understand if the had a glove but she didn't. when i took a bite of my firstmini everything bagel i saw there was an eyelash on the bottom so i pinched the whole area off. really gross!
