It was my first time to eat at Dugg Burger and I'm kicking myself for not trying it sooner! There are several locations, I... stopped by the Preston hollow restaurant today for a late lunch and was so impressed. Walking into the restaurant I wasinstantly greeted with the friendly staff. Kim, the manager, was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the process wasexplained and that everything was perfect. The layout was simple, I liked the chalk zone at the front of the restaurant, nicetouch. I ordered a burger with Swiss cheese, bacon, Dugg sauce, picked, lettuce and order of fries. The fries were perfectlycooked and so yum! The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, the bun was soft and so fresh. I sat outside to enjoy thebeautiful weather and had such a great experience. I highly recommend Dugg Burger, check them out!! ????? Read more

My wife and I went for the first time. We walked an and a gentleman whom I assume is the manager smiled and walked up to us and... asked if this was our first time. We said yes, and he explained the concept to us and went over the menu and asked if we hadany questions. My wife ordered the salad with chicken and I ordered the Dugg Chicken Sandwich. We watched them put the chickenon the grill and they brought out our food while it was still nice and hot. The food was fresh and tasted very good. The trulyOUTSTANDING aspect of our experience was the staff. We interacted with 4 employees. They were all friendly and smiling. Mywife and I were blown away. We have not experienced such great customer service in a long time. When we left we thanked themall and told them that they were amazing- which was the truth! Read more

Smallest shake ever for the price, and the bun has a hole in it to fill in the ingredients? This is preference, but the ?Subway,... but for a cheeseburger? concept doesn?t seem like one that?ll stick. Fresh, made-to-order ingredients instead of toppings andburger components would be much better. Not to mention if this place is designed to be more efficient, it took almost 20 minutesto get my food for takeout. All in, the finished product wasn?t too bad - but not so much I?d ever come back and certainly notworth $15 for burgers fries and a shake. Read more

Good Burger with a decent amount of topping choices, workers really friendly. Fries were great texture wise, wished there was a... little more seasoning. Read more

Build your own burger place. Line works similar to a freebirds. All toppings included in price and it's super reasonably priced.... Got the double meat, with pickles, fried onion strings, grilled jalapenos and their dugg sauce which is their version ofthousand island dressing. Had a side of choula ranch for the fries. Excited to try it again and definitely recommend! Read more

My wife and I were debating on a few places in the area and a burger just seemed right at the time. We stumbled on to this place... and we were the first ones there that day. We were immediately greeting by the owner, Scott, who proceeded to show us how theymake their burgers and what makes them unique. After going through the line choosing our condiments and toppings, we were givethe most delicious ?fast-food? burger ever. I was very surprised with each and every bite. The service was incredible and thefood is worth coming back for. Check it out!! Read more

It's hard to stand out in the burger game but Dugg burger is a good casual burger spot that offers value for the hamburger fan.... So what does Dugg burger do that's unique? Well, they offer a burger at a good price point with alot of free burger toppingsthat would normally send the price upwards at other places. These are premium toppings like grilled onions, mushrooms, bacon, cheese, coleslaw, pickles, jalapenos and more. The only toppings that cost extra are avocado or an egg. Make it a combo withdrink and fries and it comes out to a very reasonable $12.99 before tax. Not bad considering you can put any or all of the saidtoppings on your burger... or chicken, fried or grilled. They also have shakes and salads. Over all, I recommend trying thisplace if you like to mix things up on your sandwich. Read more
