We are opening a local retail store and Dough Bro's is right down the street and we needed food badly! We had low expectations... based on some of the other shops around but boy were we wrong! I cannot believe this restaurant is still in business, I ordered chicken Parmesan and the chicken was dry and burnt , also I... ordered Side order of a spinach and the quantity was so small, When I asked the waitress why the portion was so small ? This was my first time here and all I can say is wow! Great taste, very filling, not heavy on the stomach, and you could really... taste the nutritional value. It is literally perfect for diabetics as they do thin crust pizza. This restaurant has even servedus (my boyfriend and I) one of the best cannolis we have ever eaten! The pizza, garlic knots and cheese sticks were delicious. A lady named Brooke who worked there was so nice professional and... accommodating. She had awesome customer service. Brooke gave us information about places to visit with your family and children.There was also a lady named Eve there who had just moved to Dallas from Florida who was very friendly and had good resourcesabout the area as well. Service was great! The one thing holding this place back from 5 stars in my opinion would just be the taste of the food. The... garlic balls (pictured) were absolutely delicious and apparently the gluten crust was fantastic as well (one of my friends gotit) but personally I wasn't wow'ed by my entree.
