I'm not sure who manages this place, but they need to get trained better and learn how to talk to customers. It took more than a... hour and a half to get a pizza which I leave 2mins away. I called the manager and she said it's with a driver. I asked if I canget an ETA, and she said she didn't have one. I told her she sounded ruined on the phone and she said because she is sick today,then why is a sick person making food. Once the pizza finally arrived, the receipt said it was made 10mins ago, interesting. I'mdone with this place. Read more

Terrible service. We called in 12 times in a row and each time they picked up and immediately hung up the phone. You could hear... the background noise before they hung up. Delivery wait is multiple hours and this means your pizza has been sitting.Unfortunately, you can chat with customer service about your cold pizza that you ordered 3 hours ago, but they give you a freepizza from the same place. Save yourself the trouble and order anything else. Read more

We had a last minute, very large order for an industry Expo at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Center. Our group order needed to be... delivered to a section of the parking lot. The quality of the pizza brand has left. It went way to commercial and lost integrity of the pizza. Please go back to your old... school routes and bring the quality back. Interesting how little Cesar's is winning the pizza game. ???? Read more

Does this look like the pasta you would order? This is a chicken carbonara! It looks pretty disgusting to me! Oh, wait, where is... the pasta? I just got off the phone with the manager of this establishment. 10:15 pm. This so-called manager was unpleasant todeal with. Picking up the phone, this gentleman began to mock my friend over the phone. I was hearing him over speakerphone.After hearing what an unpleasant ordeal this was panning out to be, I took the phone from my roommate and began to ask themanager if he treats all of his customers this way. He began to argue, saying therewass no way they weighed their products. They continued to argue?. Not giving thought to the possibility he may have sent the wrong order. This was an awful experiencethat no one should have to encounter. If someone from Domino?s reads this, you should not have such people representing yourname. If this were my company or franchise, I would not accept this behavior from any employees representing my company. It?sunacceptable. I will be calling the franchise office to complain. As a customer who has spent a lot of money with you, we willnow take our business to another place. I will now never return. Whoever this manager is. It is not fit for the title. Read more

I ordered through the app. I got the message that my pizza was ready and went to pick it up. I waited at the counter for 10... minutes before a worker even acknowledged me, the whole time the phone was ringing none stop and no one answered it. Finallythey gave me my pizzas. I took them to the car and opened the boxes to give them to my kids only to find out they gave me thewrong pizzas and a very burnt cheese bread. I took them back in. I tell them my pizzas are wrong and bread is burnt, I then endup being given close to the correct pizzas but no cheese bread. I then have to wait another 5 minutes to be acknowledged andthey remake me cheese bread. I get told sorry and to take a 2 liter. Should have taken a minute or 2 ends up taking over 20minutes. Waited a whole hour for a warm pizza that was NOT fresh i only ate a few pieces because i was hungry and waited for so long i... try to give them chance after chance but it seems like its only getting worse loyal customer officially done will not order fromhere ever again Read more

Update 11/21?a few times now it?s taken hours for orders to even go through prep and the pizza tracker isn?t accurate. I know... everywhere is short staffed right now, but this should be reflected in delivery estimates(shouldn?t estimate 35-45 minutes whenit?s going to be 3 or more hours). Not being dramatic about the 3 or more hours either! ? This is just our second time orderingfrom this Domino?s, but both times it?s been better than any other locations in the vicinity! Order was correct with ampletoppings, pizza tracker was accurate, and our delivery driver had the best attitude. Highly recommend, even if you have to pickup as opposed to receiving delivery from another nearby Domino?s location. Updating review and adding pics?we?ve ordered fromthis location so many times now and our pizzas are always perfect! Read more
