Can't complain! Domino's is good at delivering a consistently good product. Staff was friendly. Delivery was a little backed up,... but that was clearly indicated on the website, so I opted for pickup and had my pizzas in 20 minutes. Read more
This location never answers the phone. I?ve had an issue an order going on over a month. I?ve called literally 20 times and... every time I do so the call disconnects. When you call, you get a prompt to either order pizza or speak to the store aboutsomething else. If you press 1 to order pizza, you get transferred to the domino?s main desk. I?ve told those reps my issue, andthey?re always nice to say they will connect me. Every time they do that, no one picks up and the call disconnects. I thought Ifiled a complaint, but I never heard from anyone. This is stunning to me. Perhaps this location will read this, then respond, sowe can sort this out. Please do so! Read more
There's always something wrong with this location or they take 2 hours to bring you your order or there are never any drivers,... and the order is incomplete. One-time the driver left my pizza out on the front porch, and it stood there all night... I nevergot a refund! Today my order was incomplete!! This is terrible... Read more
Don?t bother with their curbside delivery?.they won?t bring it out. After 10 minutes I finally went inside to get my pizza. I... made a mistake and didn?t check my pizza before I left, so when I got home I had a chicken bacon ranch, not the buffalo chickenI ordered. I called the store and their excuse was ?yeah we were busy?. I should have learned my lesson with this store afterthey canceled a few orders in the past. Next time I get a pizza I?ll just grab a ready to bake from Wal-Mart?.they taste betterand are cheaper anyway. Read more
To start off.... the store was not answering the phone and was rerouted to a call center. I was not aware it was a call center... till an hour went by and I called the store. An hour went by and my pizza had not even been made!! The manager said he wouldget right out to me. 40 minutes later I can't reach them on the phone and your call center can't either. I decided to go to thestore and they told me the order was canceled. Almost 2 hours and 4 kids at the house starving. So I went next door to PaPaJohn's and they had my pizzas in 10 minutes. Will be using them from here on out. I know this will fall on deaf ears but I amgoing to post this to let my neighbors know how bad this store is. Update To email them directly with suggestions on how toimprove??? It's very simple, read the reviews and take measures on what you are reading. It's all there from multiple peoplethat have gone through the same issues. Fix them! But I'm am 100% sure that you guys don't care about these reviews or ever doanything to correct any of it. worst pizza location ever. waiting over an hr 30 an checked the tracker.. said it wasnt being prep?d. which was what it said... when i first ordered. thought maybe they just werent updating or it was off. so i thought i could call the location and justask. they answered then immediately ended the call 4 times. never again Read more
HORRIBLE LOCATION!! Be very careful of buying anything from this location. I was charged an additional amount on credit card for... 94.08. When I never made that purchase. I called and spoke to Gabriella and let her know I was charged twice with one being acharge I did not authorize. She told me she saw my original purchase and could not see the unauthorized charge of 94.08. Shethen reached out to her manager and he had her look at a different system that showed my unauthorized charge and not the one Iauthorized. She was very contradictory of her words.
