I visited on Aug. 26 which I order 2 pizzas. One was cheese and the other spinach with dice tomatos. As soon as I ordered the... pizza I went to another store thinking I had time but within 5 min I get a notification that it was ready. I thought it was aglitch. I went to pick up pizza which sure enough was ready. Looked at it to make sure it was my order and look like thetoppings were just placed on top of a originally cheese pizza. So I thought maybe they accidentally made 2 cheese pizzas andwent back and added toppings. I should have just requested it to be redone or ask for a refund at that moment. I went home andgave pizza to my kids which didn't complain about the taste so I tasted it. The pizza tasted like it had been sitting for awhile and the spinach and everything was not even cooked w/pizza just like it was slightly toasted or something. I don't knowhow long the pizza was sitting but obviously it was an old pizza. Of course one person was working ( a young girl) at therestaurant so phone was not answer and she had customer waiting when I was there. I decided to just contact corporate to explainto them what had occurred and requested a refund. Still til this day no one even contacted me after trying to contact onnumerous occasions. I am highly upset and disappointed especially since this is the a second time this year I had to contactregarding this location. I just don't plan to go here and will just have to make the drive to the other location even thoughthis one is convenient. It's a Domino's. If you've seen one... The place looks clean and the help isn't covered in stains from their product. I strongly... suggest ordering on line it by phone, in that order. To just pop in and order is ok but your place in line can be pushed backfor an online order. They will give you a fairly accurate wait time. I doubt this is the best domino's in the whole wide worldhow would I know. It's Domino's, I don't think you'll be let down. It's open until midnight. Not sure if the cut off time forlast order or if they take order up until midnight. Easy to get to and plenty of parking in a clean well lit, part of the stripmall. There's a grocery in the h the same building and at Metro store if you have those errands in mind. Read more

I ordered a pizza for delivery last Sunday 8/13/22 and I didn't get it. so I called Monday morning to speak to a manager I... explained the situation and she assured me that I would get a credit on my next order so here we are 8/19/22 I called in to getthe credit and they tell me if they don't know nothing about it it doesn't show up under my phone number or anything. My Pizza was as overcooked and not cut properly, a young lady was dancing and coughing by the order machine w/o covering her... mouth. They were also vaping inside over the table where the pizzas are made. I wouldn?t give a star but I had to in order toleave a review. I will not be returning back to this location. Read more

Horrible experience, haven't ordered Domino's in a few years. Decided to give this location patronage, worst decision ever.... Ordered the food via phone, was told it would take 35-45 minutes for delivery. After an hour, I called the location only to betold that there were NO delivery drivers, and that I would have to wait an additional hour. So, my question tomanagement/corporate is, if an order takes 35-45 minutes regarding delivery, and the customer is told to wait an additionalhour, on top of the maxed out time frame, how can the customer expect quality food? Corporate needs to get involved with thislocation. The ratings have plummeted over the years and THAT alone is VERY telling. Management clearly doesn't care, I am surehe/she push refunds and get complaints often. HIRE people that actually care about your brand/company and the service thatcustomers receive. I can see this location closing due to the poor business practices and no one in the building seems to CARE.Just answering phones and tossing dough. If you are expecting quality pizza, fresh ingredients and a decent delivery time----CHOOSE ANOTHER PIZZERIA. OH and did I forget to say the PIZZA was NEVER delivered? LMAO..... what an ender.
