I placed an order. It took almost 1 hour for my food to be delivered after it was out the oven. My pizza appears to have been... sitting for that whole time! I been trying to call for an hour and someone keeps picking up the phone and hanging it up! I wantmy whole hot $20 cash back! Update?. I was asked for my email address and gave it to whomever reached out. They said they wouldcall me and discuss the dissatisfaction of my order and still to this day I have not received a phone call. This place is bad used to have no problem with our orders which is the most important part, but as of late about 4 times now our... orders are horribly made. The crust is not even seasoned with the signature garlic that dominos is known for and is cut awfullyand just becomes a complete waste of money and time. Recommend just to drive a bit further for a more professional dominos. Read more
Very unprofessional. Busy Sunday night for them and I'm a very understanding person. The app said it was going to take 2 hours... to deliver which I was okay with and after the 2 hours I was going to cancel, but the guy that works there told me that thedriver had left the store with my order already, so i said cool I'll just wait then. It's been an 1h 30min since he told me thatand still nothing. I called again to see where the driver was because it said it was delivered, but they were very rude aboutit. This place is the worst, my little 5 wings half done (had to put em in the air fryer) . Paid for extra sauce and got hardly any.... Paid for bacon ???? added and I only see literally 10 little pieces . I called multiple times for someone to hang up in myface. The only good thing about this experience was the very mannered young delivery man. Shut this location down asap. Theydon?t care about the customers. Read more
After I waited for my order to be delivered(an hour) and calling with them not answering the phone ? I received a call stating... it was canceled because the delivery driver is sick. When I asked to pick up the order the response was oh then you?ll need topay again because I can?t change that in the system. I guess the pizza flys out the window when your order delivery and theyhave no way of putting it in your hand. Then he followed up with your funds will be in your account in 3-4 days. ? Read more
