Placed my order in person, waited 20 min just for them to tell me it never processed. Over heard one of the employees telling... another customer their order might?ve been given to someone else by accident so they clearly don?t know what they are doing.Never usually give bad reviews often but this one deserves it. First time ordering at this location for carry out. Order at 906pm the tracker said it should be ready by 1007-1017. The email... said 61-71 mins so I wasn?t tripping but it is now 1030 and they haven?t even begun making my order. I called the store and theysay all orders are delayed 2hrs. It was supposed to be movie and pizza night with my kids but they are sleepy waiting on thefood and still hungry. All they could offer was and apology. Read more
I made an order when I picked it up they hadn't made my pasta, I had to wait 15 more minutes and they gave me wrong two of three... pizzas that I ordered, in the pepperoni, they didn't add jalapeños and in the CHICKEN with alfredo sauce they forgot theCHICKEN!! !! Read more
Didn't like Dominos pizza (long ago when they 1st came to Dallas). The crust tasted like cardboard. But now it's really great!... They've improved on the crust & the all around flavor of the pizza. And I really, really love that "lava cake". Like I reallyneeded the extra pounds, LoL. Would love to rate it a 5star except for the crew/staff. They've always been VERY polite, actuallyhelpful. Maybe it's the fault of the "Online app". The last 2 time's I went in to pkup my order, always do it via the app oronline. I got there & the staff was confused Abt whether I had an order, etc. Clearly I can see my name written up on theboard/screen that they use. So I'm thinking where's the confusion? They're all quite young, maybe do less chatting okay? Willcont to purchase my faves, & it doesn't hurt that I live right next door to them. ?????? Read more
Let just say. Terrible just absolutely terrible service. I placed a order at 8:33pm and had to call the store at 9:40 to check... the status of the order. Turns out they hadn't started it, and decided to blame it on the delivery driver. Well I then was toldit would be another 45 minutes, oh come on!!! Terrible not even a apology. So canceled the order. Worst dominos pizza place ever. I don't know how dominos is still giving franchise to this place. I often order pizza from this... place and always get disappointed. I would thought maybe first 1/2 order are not good but later I kept getting worst and worstwith low quality order every time. Recently, I ordered a gluten free pizza and no wonder I was not satisfied with this order.The pizza was raw (looks like it was not baked at all). Looks like all the topping were disbursed at the top. I even called themto report the issue and after hearing my complain, they put the call on hold. Totally disappointed. This Domino?s location isvery very very bad and ridiculous.
