wow, you used to be able to call the store and place an order with no issues. now you are forced to call a call center in who... knows where and they ask for your name and last name. i asked the call center to transfer me to the store?s number where thephone rang and the call was disconnected. i guess ig is zalat pizza from now on for us. Terrible Service took an hour and a half to be delivered and it was the wrong order. When I called to complain the girl hung up... on me. . I do not recommend ordering from them. Read more
Got a free pizza coupon but bc the food was free the minimum wasn?t reached and my coupon code can?t be reused. They won?t... answer their phone and I had to add 17 extra sauces to make the minimum which I?m giving back. I just wanted my free pizza.Sheesh? Read more
I placed my order at 8:10pm and did not receive my pizza until 9:35pm. The app showed Rob was making my order for more than 30... minutes. Called 5 times and nobody picked up. In fact, my call would get dropped every time after ringing 4 times. Then thepizza sat in "quality check" for 20 minutes. Finally at 9pm, the app finally showed the driver, Chuks, had the pizza fordelivery. Took 35 minutes from that point to get it delivered, even though I live no more than 5 mins away. Read more
I ordered two pizzas and wings at 8:13, it?s not 9:36 and it?s just now on the way. I tried calling the store and the number on... the website and they both rang and rang. It?s one thing to take awhile but it?s another thing to have no communication. Iunderstand that they may be understaffed and they are probably teenagers or young adults and so i?m not mad, just wishing thecommunication and the ability to communicate were better. DO NOT USE. In town for a conference and ordered a delivery at 7:30 pm. It?s now 9:30 and still no food. I called an hour ago... and they told me it would only be another 15 minutes. What a joke! When I placed the order, I was told 30-35 minutes for adelivery time. I?d love to say that at least the food is good, but I wouldn?t know. I ended up cancelling the order aftercalling the store again and was told it would be at least another 45 minutes and then they hung up on me. Gotta love it. Read more
Honestly, I love this store. The customer service is top notch and the guys always have a positive attitude. I can?t tell you... how much of a difference it makes to be greeted and acknowledged with kindness. Not to mention, the pizza is on point! Read more
