Dominos, needs to make sure everyone is on the same page!!!! I had ordered from them and the food was not good. I called to... complain about it and was told that I would get a replacement meal with no problem. I asked if there was any info I needed togive and was told by the manager just to call and they would handle it. I call to get the food (CREDIT) that I am owed and now Iam told that they don't find me in the system. I spoke with one of the managers named Logan and was told that he couldn't. helpme with that . Can someone tell me how I can speak with someone at their corporate office. I've been a customer for years andthis is what I get. How is it that they are always glad to TAKE YOUR MONEY ?!!!!! I ordered 40 bucks worth of food at 1145 last night and I screen shotted that they told me even tho I ordered at that time and... they were going to close at 12:00 that my order will still be delivered then they shut their phones off at 11:45 the guy hung upin my face several times after I told him I screenshotted what they told me very rude staff!!!!!!! On 5/27/22 9:10pm our guest ordered a large pizza and a coke and we never got our coke. I called twice that night and they... were suppose to bring it back. They never did. So I called the next day and they said they would loose money to bring the cokeback that I could pick it up. A lady named Tina said she asked the manager could they bring it today and was told for me to comepick it up. I will not do so because it wasn't our fault they didn't give it to the driver. This Dominos is the worst It isonly about 2 miles away and they still refuse to bring our coke. This Dominos is slow getting your food you wait on the phonefor almost 15mins or more just to order. I ordered delivery tonight and I'm highly disappointed in the driver who served my sitter. I ordered a total of $30 and left... only $20 Bills so when my sitter paid , the delivery driver said she had no change so pretty much was forced to Tip $10. Prettyridiculous to me. There wasn't much cheese on the pizzas more sauce than anything. Not such a great experience with this place. Read more
If I could give negative stars I would have!Worst service I have ever had!! Food was mediocre. When I ordered my food, I told... them not to knock when they delivered due to my dog barking loudly every time someone knocks on the door and yet the deliveryguy knocked anyways. I ordered my pizza to be square cut and it wasn't. When I tried to call the store to talk to a manager, Iwas hung up on 6 times. I finally gave up on trying to call and decided to walk to the store(I don't have a car) to complain butI shouldn't have had to walk to the store to have this situation resolved!! The tracker is never right but the worst thing is that they don't advertise the National coupons. Every dominoes has a 7.99,... large, 2-topping carryout special. But you won't find it in the app. And if you order over the phone, they won't tell you it'savailable unless you ask. Other restaurants/fast food places, if they have a special, automatically applies the coupon. It's notillegal but it's definitely dishonest. Read more
I got charged a little more for some reason when I finally placed my order, than if I had placed the identical order earlier in... the day. My earlier order was not even in the cart anymore, contrary to what their site had promised. Read more
