Our order was wrong, we tried to call back, they said they couldn?t do anything and hung up on us. When we called back to speak... to a manager they hung up on us again. Trust the one star reviews and order from a different place! The tracker said my order was delivered when in fact it wasn't. I... tried calling the store and was hung up on multiple times. When I finally got a hold of someone the gentleman was completelyrude. Just an FYI if you mess up my order just let me know. No need to create lies! The manager, Jonathan, delivered my orderand I told him how I was treated on the phone and he didn't even try to apologize. To top everything off we couldn't eat one ofour pizzas because the toppings and crust were not cooked all the way. Read more

I swear this place is getting worse every day. The past 2 times I have ordered I have received the worst pizzas ever made by... man. I put down I wanted extra pepperoni and jalapenos and you can literally count on your fingers the pieces of pepperoni andjalapenos on there. Time to order from Pizza Patron from now on. Read more

The worst customer service from whatever lady they have answering the phone. I ordered my pizza at 3:18PM. At 4:18PM I called to... ask if there was an issue with my order. She didn?t ask for any information she basically talked over me and used the excusethat they were ?short-staffed?. She said ?Give us ANOTHER 30 minutes?. I called back in 30 minutes cause the place is literallylike 10 minutes away from my house so I could ask if I could just pick it up cause we wanted to avoid our food being cold. Shesaid ?Yeah, give us another 15 minutes so I can start on your order.? I decided not to pick up the food and bought somethingelse. I need a refund and the people there shouldn?t really be working there if they know that?s something they don?t want todo. Read more

Placed my order within one minute it said someone started preparing my order. I arrive there and don?t even get helped. Didn?t... get bothered by it because I only saw one person working there so I understood. After 15 mins 2 other people that were therebefore me leave and I finally get helped, however, she tells me she will start on my order just then. I go and wait for in mycar, as I understand she might be the only one person working there. When I think my order should be about ready (10 minslater), she tells me she doesn?t have Philly steak to make my pizza and didn?t even apologize nor try to tell me after that timeI waited. She didn?t even make my other 2 pizzas. I ask for a refund and while she is processing it she is on the phone tellingsomeone she?s missing many other ingredients. Management needs to do better. Very disappointed with my pizza. Half of the pizza doesn't have any cheese ,meat or anything. I reported it n no reply. I guess... they just don't care. ????. Taking my business somewhere else. Read more
