Picked up the 2 for $29 deal around 8pm which included 2 2-meat plates with 2 sides a roll each. Not sure if was because it was... later in the night, but it was probably the worst bbq I?ve ever had. The pulled pork and chopped brisket was very dry and reallycouldn?t tell the difference between the two on the plate. The portion size was sub par as well. 2nd Uber Eats order in 3 days. Both orders the BBQ sauce was left off, yet was indicated on the receipt. Sides and desserts also... not correct. How hard is it to remember sauce on a BBQ sandwich? Someone is clearly not putting any effort into making sureorders are correct. One was Saturday night...so maybe they were busy but the other was 2pm on a Wednesday. I recently visited the Dickey's BBQ location in Dallas, Texas at 2525 Wycliff Avenue. I must say every single time I go to... this particular location it's extremely clean, smelling out of this world and inviting. The employees are beyond friendly, personable and ready to make your dining experience memorable. James and Lakesha are so very helpful, friendly and ready toassist you with your order. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and not just another customer! If looking for anamazing meal with hospitality to boot you will not be let down! Read more
God bless the people who work here. They are not bad people. But they really don?t know how to run a restaurant. Every time I... come the door is propped open because the place is smoked out. There could be 3 people behind the counter and only 1 is doingany work. I was behind 1 customer and waited 5 minutes just to put in a simple order. Gonna think twice about coming back. Read more
I've has Dickey's before but the one on Wycliff Ave hits different. The hospitality Lakisha showed me from the minute I walked... in the door to the minute I left was the best service I've EVER had. The food was beyond amazing you can tell she took her timemaking my order. The loaded potato was 2 meals by itself and I can say I had the BEST BURGER IN MY LIFE FROM HERE!!!! The reviews of this place must be paid actors or friends of the staff because the food & service that we received were poor. We... ordered 3 plates. Everything was dry and hard. The potato was hard like it still needed to be cooked. And then to top it off weonly received 2 small containers of BBQ sauce. One being hot and the other regular. My husband came back inside and asked formore and the girl at front told him no. I think that?s crazy for just spending a little over $60. The girls at the front seemedlike they did not want to be there. They were telling each other to take orders or to run to go orders outside instead ofworking as a team. Not sure what ladies these other reviewers are speaking about but THESE LADIES on 8/29/2021 at 5:45pm werenot it! Do not eat here?I promise you will be upset with the amount of money you spend for the quality and amount of food thatyou get. Love the staff here !! Lakisha most definitely needs a big raise because she is amazing ?! Her crew was so welcoming and my food... was delicious ! The food had a decent taste, but the number of flies in the restaurant and most importantly, on the food is nothing short of... disgusting. Close that front door and get rid of the flies! What part of the health code do these folks NOT understand? Read more
