They were rude and did not want to honor any of the online coupons. And again just really rude
Did online order went to pick food up they took my money but couldn?t get my BBQ had to dispute the charges on my credit card.
I'm here at the McKinney Avenue location at 8:30 pm and it says they close at 9pm on the website and my service was refused... because they said they were closed....I'm highly irate that I drove 15 minutes in traffic to be turned around... I went for Dickies Sandwich. I had to ask for help no one behind counter. I was confused how to get the big cup discount on... sandwhich with yellow cup deal. NO YELLOW CUPS. NO TEA AND EAS TOLD SORRY NO TEA EITHER. We stopped into this Dickey's one stop and fueled up on Shell gas. Then we were able to get some food at the Dickey's here... which was a big plus! Then we were good to go. Read more
Didn't actually want to go into the store I was at the gas station and then I found out they were out of gas that's why my card... didn't work at the pump. The cashier inside could have told me when I got in there that there was no gas he kept trying toexplain something making it sound like it was something else until I told him you need to come from behind that counter and goout there and check the pump when he got out there that's when he said well I was trying to say it's out of gas okaaaasy????thearea that they're in they should never run out of gas. Worst experience ever. Out of everything at 1:30 pm except brisket and placed order over phone, order was not ready. Received... order and got the smallest portions ever and green beans well we?re supposed to be were juice and no green beans. Onion thrownin the bag after requesting extra.
