I won't be coming back to this location. I came in for my pick up order & no one greeted me nor asked if i needed help. I stood... at the pick up area until I stopped a waiter and told them I had a pickup order that was ready and instead of helping me he toldme to tell a lady that was working behind the counter; even though he walked right passed her after that. Common sense wise, shewas turned away from me & behind the counter so the only way for me to get her attention would be to yell. I then told awaitress to see what she would say & she said the exact same thing. It's not my job as the customer to find & get the attentionof staff that isn't paying attention. The people packing pick-up orders had no gloves on either. Then my hash-browns & baconwere way overcooked. I don't mind being patient, I just at-least expected someone to communicate. Read more

Shoutout to Spencer for running all of the 8/9 tables alone while co workers were on break. He understood that I just wanted... something to eat and drink then hit the road. I've been to many dennys in the Midwest and they all look the same but this onestands out just for his service . I watched this guy get all of his tables taken care of and kept refills. I see nothing has changed from previous reviews. I waited a total 25 min. I often recommend this location as I am very local. I... waited patiently with my daughter as I observed others get seated after us and the waitress ask their order first. I alsoobserved the manager would make people wait to be seated, when many tables avail. After the 25 min. I decided to leave and themanager very happily "Bye! Have a blessed day!" A much more happy departure versus the poor welcoming. This happened today, Iencourage the owner to take time to review the video and see how poorly this location is being managed. No complaints about thefood, always good when I have eaten in the past. Read more

Only place open on a holiday weekend. Went in and met Tiffany a server there. Tiffany is hard working and loves her job. People... have no idea what this location goes through daily. The homeless population is at one of the highest levels in this area neargovernment offices and resource centers. Families in the area and hospital visitors like to dine here. Homeless individuals goin here often and order coffee and then ask the entire restaurant to buy a meal. This puts the staff in a trying situation. Iwitnessed a firm yet compassionate Tiffany help a gentleman who asked for payment of his meal. She handled herself beautifully.I read some reviews and I was a LSW social worker for many years and have empathy for I know Tiffany would be responsible forthe payment of his meal. So what I am trying to say is to please have empathy for the hard working folks at Denny?s who makeabout 2.60 per hour plus tips. God Bless! Read more

All i can say is don't go in the evenings the service was horrible but the food was good.the waitress /cashier was outside... talking to her friends the whole time. The guy who was busting the tables had to stop and bring me my food didn't wash his handsjust went to prep my food he already knew I was agitated. The cook came out the back to try to assist other guest as much as hecould. Thanks for the help guys. Read more

The breakfast at this location is okay. I still don't understand why at this location the slam is $9.99 when at the location off... of Henderson area the same slam is $5.69? I won't be going back. Also there was a bin full of dirty dishes with food next togame machines that were there the whole time, it is unsanitary.When we went to pay, the male cashier was not one bit friendly,he took our ticket with out as much as a hello or any small friendly talk. Denny's you need to talk to your employees about goodcustomer service. Like I said I won't be coming back. Read more

Firstly, I'd like to point out that our server was incredibly nice to us. We began by ordering coffee and were served beverages... that were room temp. Oh well, minor inconvenience. When my meal arrived, however, the eggs and hash browns were prepareddifferently than requested, the toast was the wrong type, and the cheese on the hash browns had been added after the hash brownswere cooked and plated and thus was cold and unmelted. Our server was pulled away to help other customers, so I waited for anopportunity to raise my concerns. After 5-10 minutes, however, I decided to approach another server as ours was still occupied. In an attempt to be as understanding as possible I suggested that perhaps my order had been confused with another, but thisserver was incredibly rude and accusational in response, expected me to know the table number we occupied, and began to take theplate back to the kitchen without asking what was in need of correction until I asked if he would like to know. When the mealwas replaced the proteins were cold, and an examination indicated that they were the same ones served to me the first time; Iwish that they had let me keep them to be consumed while still warm instead (the two included photos give evidence of thisfact). This was not our first negative experience at this location, but I thought they deserved a second chance. Based on myexperience today, though, I'm fairly certain that there will not be a third.
