This place is all about creating memories and making your plane ride a pleasant experience. Come early and enjoy some drinks at... the bar before boarding your airplane for over the dallas sky ride. We ate after our ride and the food was delicious. Serverswere courteous and desert of brownie was just perfect. For the ride- Different pilots with different size of planes would beassigned to you as per your booking. We had a small plane with four seats. Our pilot was a young guy with cheerfulsmile(in-spite of the heat outside) He made sure that we understood each instructions before boarding and checked ourheadphones prior flying. We came in for Dinner and a Flight. This was a great time with an even better view. The food was good but not GREAT, let's be... honest your not here for the food your here for the trip. The original flight was canceled due to weather. I wish we had gottenan email or a call before arriving but these things happen. The weather just came together at the wrong time. I woke up the nextmorning to an email about rescheduling the event. I put in a few dates that worked best for us and they were gracious enough tofit us in the next evening for our anniversary. The pilot was great, she gave us the rundown and let us know she would flyquietly so we could talk to each other or she would be happy to chat with us if we had any questions. She was very kind andpolite, we had an amazing flight at night with all of the lights of downtown Dallas. Not the craziest thing you could do but itwas a great time! Read more
Excellent. Got a dinner and a plane flight as a gift. Well worth it. We did get canceled and had to reschedule one time, but... hang in there. Dinner was good, limited selection but still very well presented and tasted good. Plane flight was awesome, firsttime in a small plane and turned out to be great. Pilot did say sometimes turbulence can happen, but our flight was smooth ascan be. See pictures, I did some video too, check it out. Read more
Flight experience was so amazing! Our pilot was really sweet with a great sense of humor. I gave 4 stars for the Flight, I was a... bit disappointed in my meal. I had the house salad, NY Strip meal. My steak was very fat marbled. I found this odd for a newYork strip steak, my mash potatoes were bland. Waitstaff was great and I really enjoyed my experience overall. The salad with chicken and a cup of chili cost me almost $20. With the tip included, this meal was $24, but the server went... above and beyond to be engaging and thoughtful. I’d give it 5 stars if I paid $12 for it, but that was not the case. Theycharged $6 extra to add chicken to my salad, which was not listed on the online menu (I was expecting $2 extra). The server saidthey are waiting on IT to update their information so the cost reflects what it should be. The food was decent, but I can’tsee paying that much for what I got a second time. I did like the server as she was kind and personable. May try it again, butthis experience lacked a lot for what I paid. Read more
Loved it! My husband and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted to try something different. We were both excited... and we both loved it! Our reservations were at 830pm but we got there a little early so we actually got to do our flight at 8pmand dinner after. Food was good. Service could be better, our server kept disappearing but overall a great experience! Veryromantic! We even got to witness a proposal! She said yes! I definitely recommend! Read more
My first visit to Delta Charlie’s was amazing! Booking was easy online, they called me and squeezed me in the same day. When... we arrived staff greeted us with a smile and we’re so welcoming. We were taken to our plane a few minutes early, the GMpersonally took us and played the radio offering to let us dance on the tarmac while waiting for the plane to arrive; he evenoffered to take pictures for us. Everyone assisted me in the plane and we were off! It was amazing. I giggled the entire way.The pilot was even okay with flashing pictures! The New York strip, veggies, salad were cooked perfectly. Drink was mixedperfectly … then they brought us dessert! The staff and GM never stopped checking on each table in this restaurant! It’sone of those places where people are so nice you can tell they love their job. We love this place! I wanted to go for about 3years; finally a dream come true!
