I have ordered from this location five times, but today is my last time. The restaurant did not open until 1 (online it said... open) But allowed my Chow Now order to be accepted at 12. I went back home after realizing they were closed, even though my cardwas charged. I then received a notification at 1:15 saying my order would be ready at 1:29. I returned to the establishment at1:50 to ask for a refund since I didn?t received food and my card was charged. They told me no, and that they would remake theorder I said okay fine. When I approached the window at 2:08 the woman handed me the same tacos that had already been sittingover 45 minutes. Luckily I made the order through an app and they were able to advocate for me. Attempted the charge me over listed price AGAIN! Just try to buy a chicken burrito which is listed for $13 the cashier tried to... charge me over $17. When I asked why, she became rude and said it was taxes... I explained that was way too much for it just tobe taxes at what point she just waved a receipt in my face so I left. It's a shame too because it's a good location and I likethe curbside service makes it easy when I'm out walking dogs. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened and honestlythe food's not great. I'll take my business to one of the other 3 taco places within walking distance. Read more
The customer service is good. The food takes about 10-20 minutes to make and its a walk-up counter with limited outdoor... seating. Food was fresh one time I went and rice and taco meat was old/dry a couplw timea in between so 4 stars since thequality isn't consistent. Read more
Nothing special, was ok. Great location which makes it convenient but nothing extraordinary about any of the taste of my food.... They gave me a warm Mexican coke and apologized cuz they ran out of cold ones and offered me a cup with ice (not the same) thenI had to go back up and ask for napkins and plastic ware cause none was with my order. Overpriced. Dry. Not Good. We got 2 Elotes and they were both without much of anything but just corn and it?s juice. Barely any... cheese, barely any condiments, honestly a huge disappointment. If you want Elotes, I highly suggest going somewhere else. Read more
I got the Cubano torta. It has chorizo, breaded beef, hot dog, lettuce, pickled jalapeno and refried beans. I thought that the... beef would be a thin piece of breaded beef but it was actually pieces and bits of breaded beef which were dry and would notstay on the sandwich. The hot dog was also of cheap quality and was cut in pieces. Everything was chopped into bits andpieces so it was like confetti on a bun. The chorizo had good flavor but that was it. This would be better as a loaded friesdish than a sandwich. Read more
Usually the best spot to go too. But I ordered a veggie burrito. Waited 30 minutes. Got home and it was just rice and lettuce.... Smh so I guess don?t order a veggie burrito Read more
