The notion of a restaurant centered on the grilled cheese sandwich is a good idea. Of course there's the classic grilled cheese... sandwich here, then the menu offers several different takes on this classic. I opted for the fried bologna and cheese sandwichwhich featured three slices of bologna between two slices of cheese. For my side, I had a bowl of Texas chili. Personally, Iwish the bologna had been cooked a little longer but that's a small detail. The service was outstanding and the kitchen gets thefood out pretty fast in this clean, friendly place that also features a full bar. On a Fall or Winter day, I anticipate cravingthe comfort food here. And then I'll definitely head back. Read more

There was no wait. Very friendly staff. Clean establishment. Lots of cheese sandwiches to choose from on the menu. Our waiter... informed us about happy hour offers. I don?t like burnt cheese, I did tell our server about it and she offered to send it backbut I declined. I?m sure there are people who prefer their sandwiches slightly burnt. Maybe they should ask how would you likeyour sandwich to avoid this. Read more

Good but a bit pricy! The few times I?ve been here I?ve tried the ones with the brisket in them and they are my fav sandwiches!... Happy hours too during the week! Read more

Everything about this place was fantastic!! It was clean. Looked good and the staff was super friendly. We had the grilled... peanut butter and jelly and the cattleman grilled cheeses. Both were awesome but let me tell you, the PB&J was the best I?veever had (please don?t tell my mom). I don?t think I?ll ever eat a PB&J with out warning the Pb up first. The bread was moistand the cream cheese they added topped it off. Definitely recommend 10/10. Read more

Pretty good food. The grilled mac and cheese was surprisingly filling, and quite good. But it's 11 bucks for it, bit much for a... grilled cheese. The sweet potato fries were really good though, like really good. Get that. Read more

Just alright. I had the Eruca salad and potato soup. The salad would?ve been excellent, but the dressing was made with that... gross lemon juice that comes out of a little bottle. It tasted terrible. The potato soup was decent, but only on the top (whereall the goodies were). Once you got through the top, the rest of the soup was incredibly bland. Read more

Dallas Grilled Cheese Co. is the best tasting grilled cheese place I have been to (believe it or not I have been to many). Their... food is delicious and their menu has a large selection of items to choose from every time you come back. Their sweet potatofries are delicious and their onion rings are FILLING. Great spot! Dinner at the Dallas Grilled Cheese Co in Mockingbird Station was the perfect way to end girls night after the Holiday Lights... Trolley Ride. It was everyone?s first time and the experience was amazing from beginning to end. The aroma of a variety ofcheeses paired with either beef, pork or chicken immediately let us know that we were in for a treat. The staff was veryfriendly, accommodating and attentive but not overbearing. Brandon took very good care of our group. The restaurant was cleanand very well lit. The location offered a good mix of dining and shopping options. Parking is not an issue. Oh but the food?my my my. The Cattleman?s Grilled Cheese, The Rustic Grilled Cheese, the Sweet Papas, The Classic and The Swee? Pea Salad werea few of the group?s selections. This was definitely a great dining experience. Once again, I cleaned my plate. May I have abox for my cherry tomato????????? Read more
