Price got increase from 5.95 to 7.5 for a regular ice cream?!! Many of items are stock out. Toppings are not in cooler. Toilet... has no napkins no hand soap and the whole store is smelly. I liked this franchise a lot but recently I found many of them weremaintained poorly. Def won?t come here again. Read more

This was a fun surprise! We had never heard of this place before and stopped in on a whim passing through town while on... vacation. My kids LOVED the nitrogen smoke and the ice cream was delicious. Expect a small wait because it appeared as thoughthis place was pretty popular. I looked at the other reviews which stated this place was dirty. They must have had a change inmanagement or taken the reviews to heart because it smelled pleasant and was spotless when we went. Read more

Walking in is kind of a surprise being it?s located in the Union. There?s nothing fancy about it, and it actually seems unkept.... They had a non working freezer that was disgusting. That being said, the ice cream was good. The kids enjoyed seeing it made. The lady working was very nice. I just wouldn?t recommend it. Read more

I?m going to begin with saying this place is filthy. As soon as you walk in the smell takes you back. Not sure if it?s the... unplugged fridge they have out (that?s visible to everyone who comes in) with mold on it or what but this place needs toimplement a cleaning routine asap. The glass and floors were super dirty and sticky not to mention the patio outside had icecream cups and spoons on the floor right in front of the entrance. Went to use the bathroom and it was locked saying out oforder and I?m willing to bet they just keep it locked to not add something to the list of things that needs cleaning. It?s sadbecause the workers were nice and the ice cream wasn?t bad? Read more

There was a bit of 20 min a wait, but it was cool to watch them get fancy with the nitrogen to make our orders during the wait.... We paid before they made our orders, so I was a but shocked when, after the entire wait, an employee said they had ran out ofbanana cream, only for another employee right behind him to say, "no, it's right here", and handed me my shake; it was a weirdinteraction for sure. I think my drink was fine, but nothing to write home about. One thing I was really appreciative about wastheir extensive allergen menu, which they had PHYSICALLY on the counter and that impressed me since most places just have itonline. It's just that, though the nitrogen gimmick was fun to watch, I don't think the actual taste of the drink was worth thewait and money we paid, even though it looked like they used quality ingredients, but maybe I was fooled by appearances and whatthe menu promises. First of the score for the ice cream itself is a4.i got the speculous. I was yummy. The 3 is for the following. Smells funny... inside. I don't know if that's the nitrogen tank or what but it's off putting. 2nd it wasn't very clean in there. When wewalked in there were NO customers. They should've been cleaning. The cashier was sitting at the register. The ice cream makerwas eating ice cream she made for herself. This place is high priced for the amount of ice cream you get. I got the large. Thesize barely takes 2 full scoops of ice cream then they add toppings. That was $11. Read more

I was really excited about this one. I'm allergic to dairy, so any store that offers dairy free ice cream I am more than willing... to try. This place was just so.... Weird? First off, it smelled super off. Like chemicals mixed with a bad septic tank. Maybe ithad something to do with the cool nitrogen tank right next to the waiting area. It wasn't very clean, the screens were broken, most of the menu was out of stock. All that's fine, I get that ingredients are hard to come by. We spent $30 for a milk shakeand an ice cream. Then we waited 30 minutes. Both items seemed really subpar. We ate outside to avoid the smell and that wasnice. I had the cookie monster with cashew milk and it literally didn't taste like anything. The best part was the chunks ofchips ahoy - and chips ahoy aren't even that good ???? We left and honestly just felt like it was not worth the calories. Or themoney. Or the time. Cool idea, but we won't be back. Read more

This is definitely the pricier ice cream experience. With smaller portion sizing this does feel like you're not getting your... bang for your buck, but I have to say that despite my desire for it to be a massive offering for roughly $7 starting, it wasvery delicious. The theatrics definitely add a cool aura to it as well, considering the fact that not only do you watch yourice cream literally get made from pretty much scratch before your eyes, but the infusion of nitrogen in the mixing bowls on thecounter in front of you pour over ultra cold clouds of gas as the cream turns cold in seconds. I say all that to say, yes, it'sdefinitely pricey ice cream, yes it is very cool to watch being made, and yeah, the small is pretty small, but it is decadentand I got the feeling that I savored more spoonfuls as we sat and played a few rounds of aggressive UNO.
