The hotel is really cute. The aesthetic is very eclectic and whimsical which was very fun for photo ops. When we went into the... restaurant itself the vibe was a bit dead but could have been because we went on a Sunday evening after typical dinner hours. Ithink this is a nice place for an intimate date night but I would honestly just go for drinks. The food was okay, it was a bitoverpriced for the amount you get and the quality. The service was really good. Our waiter Jeremy was on it and he took greatcare of us. I would say go eat somewhere first and end the evening at the Commons Club bar for a romantic and quiet vibe if yougo on a Sunday evening like we did. Read more

Unique experience, our server was very playful. Gorgeously designed inside and out, very posh. Got there when the menu was 'bar... bites', the parmesan fries were delicious and the wagyu meatball was just ok. Read more

Great experience! Great food! Wonderful customer service. It was my first time to eat at this location. Although it was late and... very busy, the food came out in a timely fashion. I got the salmon. There was no bread that came with the meal, so I requestedsome bread. It was perfectly buttered. After chilling out for a moment, I got dessert. It was some kind of apple pastry that wasabsolutely delicious! I went on a Saturday night so it was a little vibrant and plenty of individuals from all walks of life. The DJ was playing some good sounds as well. Read more

So every 1st and 3rd sunday is drag queen brunch. Two shows one at 12 and one at 2pm. The show is ok. There was 4 singers and a... full 2hr show. The food is limited but plenty of drinks. There are 3 areas you pay for but when there you pay for premium butthe performers spent more time at the kitchen end of the seating area. So you pay $30, to $75 for where you sit. I paid $75 forthree of us and barley saw the performers. Then when you want to tip the performers they don't let you place it on them theyjust take it from your hand. So in comparison to other shows I have seen this was ok but I won't go back again. There is onlyvalet parking available that cost $20 before any tip. Read more

Overall I enjoyed my experience at the Commons Club and would return for the food alone!! Alright here is the... breakdown... Parking: A nightmare...valet was full and it took 15 minutes to get out of that area and back to the area rightnext door for self parking. Self parking was $11 bucks Seating: All parties have to be present to be seated Food: Meatballs,Duck and Sea Bass were Absolutely Delicious with the exception of that cheesecake. I never had a cheesecake that tasted burnt. The sauce and were good, the outside was horrible. Service: Great service...our waitress was nice. I would certainly suggestvisiting this location as you will enjoy your time. Read more

Came here for a Bachelorette party. The food was delicious. I got the wood fired chicken and 2 salmon dishes. It was the best... dish I've had in a long time. Came for dinner and as the evening got later into the night, the room got red. I liked the themeof the restaurant. The servers were attentive, and helpful and the food was delicious. There are also nice areas for photo ops.Come prepared to spend a pretty coin, but it was worth it. Read more

We stayed at Virgin Dallas Hotel and Commons club was attached to the hotel. So naturally we tried it out of course. We went... there for dinner and we opted to get three different tapas or should I say four because I got the chicken lollipops twice it wasso good. We had the same server twice , he was absolutely amazing I can?t believe I forgot his name. Everything that hesuggested we tried was absolutely amazing. I love the decor, I love the server, and I didn?t get to try to drink since I?mbreast-feeding unfortunately but they looked really beautiful. I absolutely love this place and definitely will be back whetherI?m staying at the hotel or not! Read more

Our reservation was for a Sunday brunch and were seated very quickly, but otherwise the service was slow given the number of... guests in the restaurant. The cocktail menu is great with a variety of unique liquors and cocktails. The brunch menu alsooffered a good selection of heavier and lighter items, or sweet and savory. Service was a downside and that almost all staffmembers were wearing a mask, but all were tucked under the chins, including the chefs who are visible from the seating area. Read more
