My 92 year old dad has been wanting to eat at an authentic NY deli. Cindy's Deli is as Jewish of a deli you're going to find... this side of the Hudson River in NYC. Everything was delicious, and EXCELLENT service from Douglas! Read more

Delicious food. I've never been to this location and I loved it. Maybe the best one yet but I still have other to go to. I... enjoyed the set up when you walk in, the parking, the food was very fresh and the staff and customers were kind and fun. Read more

I?m from NYC and if you?re looking for Katz style food this isn?t the place. Food was terrible and the black and white cookie... taste like the used artificial sugar. Bad aftertaste. Service wasn?t very good on top. Lady gave us the check before we couldeven try the cheesecake or have a cup of coffee. Took it as a sign? Read more

First time eating here and I absolutely loved it. I tried the NY Reuben sandwich with corned beef and sweet potato fries and... it's FANTASTIC. I recommend adding the Russian sauce into the sandwich. I also tried the NY Reuben with turkey and it's VERYdelicious, too. The Matzah ball soup is very tasty and I added kreplatch to it and I'm glad I did. We also bought a lot ofpastries and desserts. I can vouch that the cheesecake (it's in a fridge towards the front of the restaurant) is incredible.Blueberry strudel, cheese Danish, and apricot strudel are all fantastic. Great staff, too, my waitress was attentive and kind.I'll definitely visit again when I'm in town. Read more

This is a difficult review to write because it is my sister-in-law's go-to diner. Four stars is somewhat generous for that... reason. Maybe they were having a sub-par day. I am used to South Florida NY style diners and, honestly, they are better: theservice is ruder and the bagels are way better. Texans are far too polite and friendly to run a NY style diner. Cindi's isperfectly fine but the atmosphere was rather dull, the food was ordinary and my bagel, although toasted, was positively stodgy.Untoasted, it would have been inedible. The seating was comfortable and the restrooms were clean so I would go back but it's nota stirring prospect. Read more
