They keep their Pizza fresh. They don't wait until it's all gone and serve dry stuff on the counter. It's good food.
First time here and very busy place during my Sunday afternoon visit. The pizza tasted fresh and salad bar was clean and kept..... The front host or cashier did lack a tad bit of customer emotional connection. Other than a tiny glitch a comfortable diningexperience. Thank you. Read more
Use to be a nice place to eat with my family almost every weekend since we moved to Buckner Terrence neighborhood 5 years ago,... my 7 years old son loves an special pizza with chicken and bacon but there were many times than team here refuse to make it, itdoesn't matter why or how now but failed in service offer, not clean tables, mens restroom very dirty, always a big area closed,very young stuff looking like they don't care about giving a good service. My kids enjoyed the arcade, but besides that this location is not that great. During my visit staff were talking on phones,... cursing out loud, hanging around the register area eating and drinking. Only a few members were actually cleaning as customersfinished eating. Salad area had a fly hanging around it. Read more
I haven?t been here I a while but I seen that it was remodeled so I went in when customer service sure isn?t what it once was... nobody says hi or hello I asked for a special pizza and nope they don?t do that any more or just didn?t want to for me the tableare messy the floor is not swept I can go on, but don?t have the time. Been going here since I moved to pleasant Grove went once to the one on Buckner and never went back Lol! We now live in mesquite... and the one we would go to remodeled the location and took down the game room so stopped going for that reason, My son loves thegame room so they lost us as customer's guess we will be going back to our usual Cicis never have had a problem at thislocation. I?ve only ever done take out for this location. It has a little drive thru for pick up orders which is cool also. Only reason... I?m giving it 4 stars it?s because I ordered the ?Jack O? Lantern? pizza and what they gave me was?not that. I posted what it?ssupposed to look like and what I received. Outside of that abstract art version of a smiley face it wasn't bad. Read more
The pizza a lot of the times is dry .. they start cleaning 3 hours before they close at 11 as their hours online state, but... when you ask they tell you they close at 10. They close out more than half their seating area when they are busy and leave like5 tables for people to sit at. And if you cross to find a spot to the area they blocked they send someone to tell you something.They also blocked the gaming area and made a point to tell us we can?t go in there after someone was already in there playing.When we let them know someone is already in there it shouldn?t be a problem if we do the response was well they didn?t listen.Extremely unprofessional. Since when is blocking a whole area a corporate policy ? I get everyone wants to go home but don?t gointerrupt someone?s meal to tell them they weren?t suppose to sit there after you guys left no option to sit anywhere else. Thisisn?t the first time I?ve been here with them doing this . Don?t start your mopping and closing duties until closer to closingtime.
