Reviews for Cicis Pizza in Dallas, TX
Pepperoni Poppers are DRIED BREAD and maybe 1 or 2 pepperoni?s per popper. Some of the poppers didn?t even have a single slice... of pepperoni! Did I mention the bread is dull and as DRY as a slice of white bread. Even white bread has more moisture thanthose things. Not worth the money. Not only will I not purchase those again, I won?t EVER go back to this location. The food washorrible and SLOW. My food wasn?t even ready and when it was, it?s basically inedible. You walk in at 8pm. There's 5 pizzas on the buffet. They dont close till 10pm. They have " already started closing down". You'll... have to ask for each pizza you want but they dont bring it to you, they put it on the buffet and dont announce it. So you haveto ask again and wait again. Your child wants to play a game at 9:00. They are cleaning it, he cant go in. I get you wanna leaveearly but we paid to eat and use the arcade. Read more
I went in today at 5pm and the lady there was being rude while I was ordering. I was trying to tell her that I had a coupon for... the $5 adult buffet and she kept interrupting saying ?she didn?t know what I wanted? in a rude tone giving me a mad look while Iwas trying to say I wanted the adult buffet. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. I?ve ate at many cici?s at different location, but this has been the worst cici?s I had ever been.... They employees behind the counters was the worst. I tried ordering my personal pizza because it?s a ?special? pizza. They toldme that I can?t order my personal pizza. Later, I saw other people receiving their personal pizza. I tried to talk to themanager about ordering my personal pizza and she just ignore me and sent one of the employees that told me I couldn?t order mypersonal pizza. They have a lack of pizza on the counter. I?ve received a pizza that wasn?t fully cooked. Two ladies in thelobby are doing a wonderful job of cleaning tables for new guest. 6/01/22 I don't know where /how y'all stole my review but I have never ever eaten at this stinken place in this side of town nor... will I NEVER EVER eat here. SCUMBAGS ???? First of all the place is very clean, you can not grab food anymore. We where disappointed in these very small wings. And all... the employees where wearing mask a plus. The staff very friendly as well. Read more
