I visited Church's Chicken several times before but this time's experience was really terrible. I ordered a 3PC combo, which... should include 3 PC, a side ( I chose mashed Pot regular), a biscuit, and a drink. But what did the staff do? 1. He did not giveme the drink. 2. He charged me for the mashed Pot which should be included in the combo. 3. He charged me for Cole Slaw, which Idid not order and he also did not give it to me. Therefore, for a simple 3PC combo, I was charged $13.28 without having a drink. Read more
Every time I have gone here for lunch they have always told me to pull to the window and order it their , became a habit that I... didn?t even stop at the speaker anymore and today this lady supposed boss didn?t want to take my order because I pulled up tothe window and not the speaker they need to make up their mind about what their doing or don?t do it at all won?t be going hereanymore thanks to some lady that wants to be rude to a good customer Read more
This has been the worst customer service I have EVER received.. I pulled up to the drive thru where u normally order and they... told me to hold? I waited 10 minutes and then pulled up to the window to see if someone was going to take my order only to seethey told me to hold because one of the guys was talking to a girl in the parking lot very friendly almost inside her car? theother guy who took my order was VERY rude kept getting my order wrong, I waited 30 min for my food only for them to get theorder wrong , then they made me park in the front because they forgot a part of my order .. they then made me wait another 10min? While I was parked waiting on the rest of my order to be ready AGAIN the same guy went outside AGAIN to go to talk to thisfemale in her car leaving the other rude guy inside by himself? mind u they had a long line of cars waiting while he was overthere with this female just conversating.. the cashier seemed confused the whole time, they were rude, customers were upset evenone got off his car to see why he was told to hold and no one had gotten his order on the drive thru speaker.. it was horribleNever coming here again Read more
Only reason I?m giving them a 5 star is because Rey was helpful and tried his best to correct the other employees mistake. The... older black man was rude from the start. Ordered a 3piece mixed spicy originally and he told me they didn?t have white meat, soI said that?s fine, just give me all spicy thighs. He said ok, hands me the bag and as I?m driving off I pull over and check myfood and they?re regular, and no drink so I hopped back in line. That?s when Rey stepped in to help me this time and informed methey didn?t have any spicy chicken at all. He did his best to accommodate me in the situation. Sat at speakerbox 2 minutes no one said anything. Pulled up to the window and no one came. we looked inside and no one was at... the counter or in the prep area, but there were customers inside. Church's management and corporate, do something about yourservice because we and the 2 cars behind us, who went through the same thing, all went to Popeyes. Looking at repeated issues inthe reviews, it seems the owner isn't serious about imporovement. Read more
A shirt black guy with glass cashier name miravien s not too sure if that is him but he was ver rude on the speaker I haven?t... had churches chicken in years and seen one in the new neighborhood by my job and stopped by the guy said on the microphone omgyou order all that food for just you? Kinda hurt my feelings. Very rude and disrespectful I advise him what if I was on theverge of killing myself and just wanted this to be my last meal or what if I was 400 pounds and you just made me feel horribleabout ordering a three piece with a couple of sides. I gave this location a star because i had too..It was 8:45 p.m. and they wouldn't fry a chicken patty for a chicken sandwich... because they leave at 10. They Only had dark meat and wouldn't fry new fresh chicken because they leave at 10. Ordered Tendersand honty they had to have been there since earlier..they were dried up and hard???????? .I asked for fresh ones they couldntbecauae they leave at 10 Also ordered sweet tea and it was DISGUSTING AND OLD...settled for the dark meat and it was also driedup and DUSGUSTING..
