Customer service is lacking at Church's Chicken on Forest Lane. I ordered corn on cob, coleslaw and jalapeño pepper. The pepper... was not placed in order and the other 2 items were replaced w substistutions. I called to let her know and asked her tocompliment these on my next order. She sd NO, they would not do this. They will give me my pepper that I pd .79 for. She saidnot a mistake on their part. She sd they ask my Door Dash driver to say what i wanted- what???? The food is great but serviceand treatment of the customer plays a big deal in ratings as well! So, if Corporate reads this review, then put this on theextra coaching for a Franchise owner in order to understand the customer. I was really excited to try this place and wow would have let down a disappointment and it was just all out gross. My order was... wrong as they gave me half regular half spicy chicken fingers the fries were cold and the biscuit was crunchy. I even spit oneof the chicken fingers out as the texture was very off. I would highly recommend staying away from this location. Read more
I highly recommend Church's Smokehouse Half Chicken ????. It's really good. I had it for the first time today.
I went too buy chicken to go. The chicken was very cold. I can tell it was cook a good while ago. My mash potatoes were warm not... hot at all. What happened too that good hot chicken and good service... I will think twice too go there... No Way!!!! Read more
This location has a big issue. I bought chicken here and it was so bad, the chicken was RE-FRIED in an old frying oil. IT WAS... DRY, Smelt badly, rotten, and so hard. I KNOW RE-FRIED chicken and fries. This business is RIPPING PEOPLE OFF selling unhealthyold food. The manager was also very rude when I returned the chicken and the fries. All employees with the exception of 1 were completely out of uniform. I received the wrong sized sides. The only reason I did... not call the restaurant and complain is because the employees seem like they all had bad attitudes and nothing would gethandled. They also gave me the wrong tenders I ordered a 10 piece regular tender and got 3 regular tenders and the rest of itwas spicy. (Not a fan of spicy) The only compliment I have about this business is that the food was hot and fresh. Read more
This churches although in a not so favorable part of Dallas, is outstanding. Every time my family & I order fresh they make it... and we wait the 17mins. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The sides here are really good. I love the honey butteredbiscuits! Read more
