Miryam seemed extremely overwhelmed. My order was partially incorrect and when I let her know I ordered original chicken not... spicy she covered her face and said I?ll take care of it and snatched it out of my hand threw it away DIDNT apologize for theinconvenience and tried to hand me a three piece when I ordered a 5 piece threw away some fries and my biscuit she threw in abiscuit when I told her but didn?t care much about fried since I had already touched it like if I was supposed to be able totell it was spicy before I took a bite. She was snappy at the young man trying to help her and when someone was in drive throughshe said can u ask them if it?s separate because ?their being rude? as if someone else would want to help a rude customer andyou clearly seem to be the senior employee since she tapped in and snatched my food when he was trying to help me because Iguess I wasn?t rude about it. She seemed confrontational to the guy about something that he was telling her he didn?t do but shethought he did. Another customer was ordering but clearly didn?t have much money and when he was ordering she stopped him helpeda door dash customer and then proceeded to help the gentleman man at the counter when he asked for a small cup of water to gowith his order she made sure to let him know there was an additional charge. The meal was satisfying although they only hadwater and tea no soft drinks you would think she?d be a little more compassionate and a tad bit less rude less rude aboutcharging for the small cup of water since your store isn?t even up to par on having drinks anyway. Maybe she needs some time offor some help because again she definitely seemed overwhelmed. This has got to be the worst location in the city. Today was the last chance I was willing to give this place. I saw the guy... package my order and told him that it was incorrect. My recent visit here....first of all I order at the drive thru and specifically stated mac & cheese for a side. I was given... mashed potatoes. I order for my family so I got chicken and 2 sides & the biscuits and order 2 extra sides. I was given mychicken, mashed potatoes ;which I did not order; fries and orka, no coleslaw like i ordered, and no biscuits. I went back toknock on the window where NO ONE came to answer the door. I went through the drive through. I told them I asked for Mac & cheesenot mashed potatoes and I had no biscuits. I was then told it'll be 11.23. I was livid and stated I not paying for s*it forsomething I already paid for. I was told by the manager she can give a refund. I told her no just take the mashed potatoes outgive me my Mac & cheese and give me the biscuits. She refused amd stated again she can give me the refund. I told her no shesaid you can have what you paid for. So I stated okay give me my biscuits then. She stated I didn't pay for them. Then a youngermale came and I told him you look at the receipt and see if I paid. He looked and told her I am giving her the biscuits. Thewoman then said something in Spanish. During this entire time I was asking to give me her supervisor number. She told me in heraccent I can find that put myself. I told her okay. This location used to be better. Over the years their food quality has gone down dramatically. First of all I had to repeat... myself multiple times because the guy taking my order could not pay attention. I ordered spicy chicken tenders and only ate halfof one because they were all stale. Had to throw them away. The mac N cheese was not good either. I don?t recommend buying foodfrom here. If you want fried chicken go elsewhere. Read more

Hadnt had Church's in a while. Traditionally have been satisfied, however, this time I am very disappointed. Didnt have... original tenders so took spicy. They were tiny and dried out. Fries looked old and dried out. Got gravy for dipping and it wasso watery it was more like soup. Wanted apple pie and they didnt have any. Probably wont return to this location. Read more

Ordered through doordash and the evening guys said they "cancelled" my order but doordash was not showing any proof. When I... asked why I was charged all of the men were very rude, condescending, called my driver a bad driver, told us to get out of lineor are we going to sit there all night. Then when we asked if we could get their store number at the window they told us "Googleit googles free" we did nothing but try to get to the bottom of why we had been charged but couldn't receive our order and theyoffered nothing but rude remarks and attitude.
