Rude as ever I went to this location and the lady was carrying her phone around no gloves on and the cook was back there... sneezing I went through the drive through to begin with and they got my order wrong twice..as I went in and asked for a refunddue to under cooked chicken strips the lady called me a thief for not paying for fries that she accidentally put in my bag andmy daughter ate..I asked for potatoes and gravy to begin with so I told her to eat them since we had to drive all the way backup there and she was hungry!! I ordered a 20 pc which is supposed to come with 8 biscuits. I confirmed it through the drive through. When I opened the box it... was only 6.so they knew how many biscuits came with the order but they purposely gave me the wrong order. Ok. Next one of thechicken had a piece of hair on it. Horrible. Got my order wrong and even the wrong order was wrong. I ordered the new Flamin Honey Tender and got nuggets? I... should've checked my food but places trust in the employees. Guess not. And it wasn't even busy. I was the only vehicle in thedrive thru and probably 2 customers inside. Will not come back and if someone asks for recommendation on lunch, this place ain'tgetting one.
