On 11/30/22 I ordered a Burrito Bowl and Chips. My bowl was not fufilling. It was a very light bowl with minimum ingredients.... The only thing that was asked to be light was the tomato salsa. This is the best Chipotle in the Metroplex! Champagne and the night crew are always nice and welcoming. Customer service is... superb and the food is always flavorful. This has to be the worst Chipotle in the history of Chipotle?s. I?m so mad that I can?t give ZERO stars. They never seem to have... anything ready or anything at all. I asked for queso on my bowl and the lady literally just said ?I ain?t got none? Make somemore then! Just lazy and unprofessional. Sunday 9/11 5pm. These 2 associates were rude as they usually are here at this location. First they gave my mom the wrong order... (similar to ours), I opened the containers and went back inside and told the cashier this is not my order, she then gives it tothe CORRECT customer with no consideration of us opening his (SERGIO) food ??????????? As if 2020 COVID never happened. Whiletelling her the order is wrong she snatches the bags from my hands and demands the other associate to hurry up with my ordercausing that person to be agitated while slamming, sliding, and giving me less than what I asked for in my plates. Which thenlead to me having to tell her I want extra and giving me an attitude over something they should be able to read on the receipt.The whole time I?m there watching them make my food the cashier is scratching her face and touching my food to put in the bags,having a rude non friendly customer service face. If you don?t like your job simply find another one, if you had a good attitudeyou?d have a good day and wouldn?t make mistakes or be told when needed to be corrected.
