They tried telling me they put 4oz of chicken. It was nit even a half of spoonful of chicken. A young man and manager said you... can buy more chicken. I said I don't wnat more chicken I just want what I'm paying for. This place gets worse and worse. Lasttime coming here. Went here today to place an order for me and my 2 coworkers. At check out the lady just questioned everything I did. "why didn't... you just ring them up together". "why didn't you scan your rewards". "If you're using the same card we could've just put themtogether". Like dang. I've never worked in a fast food place, idk how it works. I rang them up separately so my coworkers couldhave their own recipes. I didn't scan my rewards before because I forgot.... I already have social anxiety and I just wanted tostop and grab lunch and not feel like I was being judged or questioned for everything I did. She seemed very annoyed at me, evenin her tone. As an avid chipotle fan, this particular location is super hit-or miss lately. The food usually tastes pretty consistent (though... portions and quality are never consistent. The staff on shift greatly affect every other aspect of the experience, such ascleanliness, time, quality, etc. For instance, today, my tortilla was wrapped with guacamole instead of my guacamole beingwrapped inside of the burrito/tortilla. I suggested they double wrap it to make it easier, but instead of facing the openportion of the burrito down against the second tortilla to keep everything in, he just stacked it directly underneath theoriginal tortilla as if that somehow would give it more surface area. Obviously basic geometry and common sense aren?tprerequisites at this location, nor is a positive and kind attitude. They all seemed pretty upset which is understandable to bestressed at the end of a busy shift, however, (having 14 years of restaurant experience) I would never have let that attitudereflect on my customers. Pretty disappointed lately, but I hope it?s a collection of issues they can improve upon moving forwardwith appropriate management and training efforts. Read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Complete mess everywhere. The drink counter, food assembly line and tables.... The person threw food in everyone's bowls not even watching how much. Filled the bowl full of rice then put tons of salsa. Ididn't want a salsa with some rice. I wanted a normal bowl. My 2 build your own kids meals were so full of rice the side lidwouldn't even go on. Instead of removing some he just smashed the big lid on and left my kids meals cracked open to pour out inthe bag. On top of all that they had no chips and when told they only had fruit it was a joke! A tiny orange the size of aquarter uncut and looking rotten it was so bruised. This is the worst Chipotle I?ve been to ever. It?s the closest to me so I?ve now tried it 3 times and each time it?s been... incredibly slow, none of the ingredients are stocked, the tables are all dirty and the team is so disorganized with noleadership. I would give this location ZERO stars but the cashier was nicer then the rest of the front line. I walked in , didn?t get... greeted at all. NOBODY smiled at me even tho I kept saying please and thank you with a big smile. I felt like the first person Iencountered with was upset/overwhelmed so I didn?t want to make her day worse. As soon as she finished with my bowl I was goingto ask for 3 small flour tortillas but she stormed off as she slid my bowl to the salsa station. Okay I was okay with thatbecause she looked like she needed a breather knowing rush hour was just over. So as soon as I asked the cashier for my smalltortillas the associate in the to go station looked at me and told me to next time ask for it in the beginning because it washolding up the line ( there was literally one customer behind me or I wouldn?t even bothered to ask for it) so I look over tothe person behind me and she also looked behind her to see ?the long line? and the cashier looked at me and told me I was goodto go. I am the type of customer to just keep my head down and take my food and apologize for the inconsistency. I felt unwantedand uncomfortable. I used to work at a chipotle that got way busier than what that location gets and we were never thatdisrespectful. I go to this location because it?s is 2 minutes from my job but if that?s how I?m going to be treated I ratherdrive to a location that is 20 minutes away to avoid being treated that way. I?m not sure what?s going on but we?ve had inconsistent service each week for the past 5 online orders. All of these were group... orders to be picked up around 11:30 or 11:40a. - first online order - seamless delivery - second online order - the Uber eatsdriver only found one pick up bag of the 6 we needed. I had to go back and wait for the other 5 bags. - third online order -seamless delivery - fourth online order - made it as a pick up so we wouldn?t have an issue. Got there at 1130a and the doorswere closed. No one knew what was going on. Nothing was communicated to us. They opened their doors at noon and my 1130a orderwas still not ready. - fifth (and to be completely honest, last order ever from chipotle) - made it as a pick up and when we gotthere at 1140a, they said they had no order under my name and were rude to me and my family. I immediately called customerservice and never was able to get a person on the phone. I?ve emailed them and they have refund my money but I don?t understandwhy they couldn?t help. Read more
