I went there for dinner around 9pm finish my dinner and had to use restroom they said restroom aren?t available the guy with... long hair and eyeglasses wasn?t trying to any help he went inside to ask someone (I am not even sure he actually did) after acouple seconds he come back and told me restroom already has been cleaned and they can?t let me to use it!! They have 1 hour toclose the restaurant, it doesn?t seems to be a good customer service, I hope my review help for future improvements. Food wasgood as always. Read more
Quality of the food and ingredients always good. As a Former chipotle worker and current burrito enjoyer- please stack your... burritos correctly. The meat (and toppings but mostly meat)should be on top of the rice not beside it. I have had a manager andseveral crew members at this location build my burrito with a pile of rice and then a stack of toppings beside it. If I don?task for it mixed the will sometimes roll it to where half the burrito is rice and half is everything else. Read more
I ordered through the app and received a bag that tore open. There was food smudges from different items on the majority of the... containers. Also, it seems like they ran out of foil for the burritos, as the foil was only wrapped on 3/4 of the burritos. Thefood was not suitable to give a dog, as I tried to give it to a Homeless dog and they wouldn't even eat it. Read more
Came in 20 minutes before closing. I walked up to the start of the counter and the girl working there was rude. She looked at me... and said they only had three ingredients to make something and if I didn?t want anything then ?oh well?. I understand coming inthat close to closing time they would not have everything available which I understand but there was no reason to be rude aboutit. I am usually satisfied with the service of this Chipotle location, but on the week of August 2, it was very disappointing. There... was a female hugging a medium brown and white dog that was allowed to walk inside their establishment. She was allowed topurchase from this fast food business with a dog in her arms. This is unsanitary and against local health codes. I will not beusing this business again. In addition, I am allergic to dog hair. I do not need dog hair in my food. I have pictures. Read more

Incredible service! The manager, Johnny, goes out of his way all the time to make sure I am well taken care of. I have never... been disappointed when he's in the kitchen. The employees are nothing short of kind and attentive when they serve. This ishonestly the best Chipotle I've ever had the pleasure of eating at. Read more
The beef is so CHEWY, TOUGH, the seasoning is gritty. I used to enjoy the burrito bowl, double steak. I don't plan on going... back. The guacamole is great. Staff friendly. But I go for the food first...and it's not up to par. Read more
