The food was delicious! The service SUCKED!!!!! The guy was scrapping the bottom of the pan trying to fill the spoon I asked him... to give me my meat from a fresh pan he had there and he told me that was all I was getting so I asked the young lady standingnext to him if she could give me a little more meat because I literally had 7 small chunks she said that?s how much I get butthe people in front of me bowls were full. Used to come here every week. They made me try to order online last time I came in and the app wouldn't allow me to for 40... minutes by the time I got all my card info out it, the girl working the line was super rude. You also can't order a drink onlineso I would've had to make 2 separate purchases even if their garbage new rule worked. Manager was super unhelpful and had nobusiness "managing" and just kept telling me why I can't order it now. so I walked out and won't ever be back. Mind you I wasthe ONLY person in line while they had me download their app. Wild you can't just walk in and order food without an app. Andsuper bummed cause this place was a staple for us. Read more

Talk about being skimpy with the protein! I don't think I've ever been to a chipotle where they used such a small amount of meat... in my burrito. The steak quality also wasn't as good as at other locations. Not sure what's going on here or if it was just anoff day. But i think I'll avoid this one from now on. Read more
VERY SAD... beginning with the service ... staff barely greeted us and then they were out of EVERYTHING!!! NO PICO, NO LETTUCE,...
