Man, what an awful experience. Placed an online order that took 90 minutes to get delivered. Half the order was missing. Called... the store to resolve the issue and goes straight to voicemail and then the voicemail box is full. Placed a replacement order andstill hasn?t been made or delivered?2 hours after placing. Food lukewarm. Forgot all of my sauces, when I called to inform them. Chelsey was rude and hung up on me. I called back and was... not picked up until my 3rd time calling only to find out that she had just clocked out for the day. (Seeming like she hung up inmy face to clock out.) the resolution for my order was remaking the food, but I would need to come pick it up. I?m car?less dueto me being home for a short time frame. When I expressed this, he said ?we typically don?t do this for order corrections??WHAT? So you messed up but I have to now get up and come fix it? No no. Then when I asked if he?d be sure about someone cominghe hung up in my face. This is the first dining experience I?ve had since my cruise contract ended a day ago and this is aterrible way for the first dining to go. Love the spicy grilled chicken sandwich and chicken noodle soup!!
The young man in the drive thru standing outside taking orders didn?t give me the usual friendly tone I typically get at... Chick-fil-A which is one of the reasons I love coming to Chick-fil-A is because the workers are usually very pleasant. Thislocations Mac and cheese isn?t the same as I?ve had at other locations. Their Mac and cheese doesn?t have the the samecreaminess I?ve tasted at other locations. I would recommend looking into the recipe and take some time to cook it correctly ona consistent bases. I purchased a Cobb salad. This is the first time. I didn't like the salad. It was dry the meat was Skempie, and dry. My chicken... sandwich was dry. I said no tomatoes not no sauce. Read more
I would recommend this location. I stopped by this location to grab lunch with my spouse. We had just left the restaurant that... had too many people standing outside waiting to get in to eat at a table. We decided we would pass and go to this restaurantlocation. Upon arrival we saw that the line was wrapped around the building, but I also noted my departure with my food was lessthan 6 minutes later. Our food was hot and it was as expected, pretty good. This entire experience was consistent with therestaurant brand, location, food quality, and excellent service workers that I have come to know so well throughout all of myreviews. This is always one of my favorite fast food restaurants to visit for a quick lunch. Great job guys! Read more
Went by, ordered two meals. One w no top bun and the other one regular (just how it comes). I check the food, turns out both of... them were missing the top bun although I had repeated myself that I wanted one the way it came. It also showed on the receipt,but they still messed up. Read more
Do Not Use The mobile App for this Location! I ordered Food at 12:49 I did not receive my food! It says my ordered was delivered... at 2:18 which is almost 2 hours later! It charged my card! I tried calling customer service and it took over a hour to get myordered handled! I usually have no problem with Chick Fil A but this one is a big Disappointment!
