The food was good and on point. The bathroom and eating area was clean. The only issue I had was with one of the front desk... people Brandon. He took my order and incorrectly described something and when I corrected my order he complained to the managerin Spanish.. that's rude. Fortunately I know Spanish and spoke to both of them at that time and then he switched back toEnglish. Read more
Normally there wouldn't be any reason to give only 3 stars, however the gal at the window was the most rude person we have ever... encountered- so disappointed! She practically yelled at us and made us feel so horrible! We will never ever go to thislocation!!! To the management... this girl needs to go! Everytime we go the lines seem so long but you don't have to wait long. They have a great system set up to expedite the wait.... And I cannot leave out how polite and helpful the staff is all the time. I love the grilled chicken nuggets, side salad anddefinitely the mac n cheese. Just went through the drive thru at 3:10 on a Monday. I placed two separate orders and asked for fries with no salt on one order... due to health concerns. A woman who appeared to be a manager or lead told me they don?t ?do fries no salt? at this location.Then I was told they also don?t ?do separate bags for orders in the same car? at this Location either. How ridiculous! Take thefresh fries out and just don?t salt them - pretend the orders were for two separate cars and bag them separate. Doesn?t makesense. They gave me a bag so I could do it myself instead. They didn?t check the bag and only gave me one sandwich so I askedfor the second one and a few minutes later they handed it to me in another bag. Good food Bad order taker. Just wanted a spicy sandwich with 8 nuggets and large fries. Somehow Ended up with 2 large drinks... and 2 large fries. They refunded the drink but didn?t notice the extra fries until I got to back to my jobsite. Read more
