Busy most of the time. But definitely great and efficient service. Meals are good. Restroom is clean. Can?t ask for more.
If I could give less than one star, I would. We have been to this location many times, and being Chick Fil A, there are honestly... none that have ever disappointed us in service, except this location. When we ordered at the drive thru, we had to tell theattendant 3 times we wanted one of the orders with large fries AND drink. The fries ended up being medium and when we addressedit at the window, they said that will be 87 cents to get large fries. Excuse me? We told the attendant 3 times we wanted ourmeals large. No offer of apology or ?my pleasures? or anything. The attendant taking our order didn?t ask us what sauces wewanted so we had to ask at the window. The attendant took our money and walked quickly back to the next car before we could askfor what we wanted. We had to ask for straws, also. We kept the medium fry because by now we had already spent 30 minutes inline and were fed up! Super surprised at how service was here. Again, we have never had bad service at any chick fil a untiltoday. If the employees were new or training, that wasn?t evident. Chick fil a is really one of the only fast food places thathas been consistent with their superior customer service. Disappointed big time. Read more
Ran me out of gas taking 30 plus minutes to get cars through the drive thru. As soon as they saw that I had other customers help... push my car out of the way, they started handing the orders immediately to the cars in front of me and clearing the line becausethey had them ready the entire time and had the orders just sitting there. These fast food places do that all the time just tointentionally disrespect their customers. I contacted corporate and all they did was send me an insincere email with an apology.Just despicable people in Texas. Read more
Dear lord. I keep having to change my reviews on this chick fil a. Service here really varies, about 2 years ago it was... absolutely awful. They messed up constantly on orders, though about a year ago they improved. I just came for the first time ina long time and it?s was horrendous service. I have no idea who this lady is but she was rude. She seemed bothered to have todeal with clientele, seeing as she was having a conversation with her coworker. I would hug them & kiss them but then I wouldn't be back inside the store!!! Lovely place with lovely people,, will always go... back whenever we have a chance!! Thank you so much to the cashier & food prep guys to the manager,,, did I mention that thesewere young adults (teens) who all looked like they have a good head on their shoulders,,, nice to see them working & let me stopkissing a$$ cause people will think I have family working there & I don't Once again thank you for the food & the service!!! Terrible customer service was bad, my sandwich was hard to eat and gave me cold old fries.. never again lost a good customer.
This is the worst location ever! I asked for a #4 3ct meal and the girl at the counter just charged me for 3 count strips. I... also redeemed some point for a kale crunch which she did just fine. I proceeded to linger after I paid since she didn't ask mewhat my drink was. I asked about it, and she goes oh I didn't know you wanted a meal. Okay fine. So she goes to ask the shiftmanager what to do, and comes back to charge me for the drink. So I ask about my fries since I had a feeling she was still notunderstanding I needed a MEAL, and she was like oh no, I didn't order that while LAUGHING. So she calls the shift manager overand I tell her, well at this point I'm being charged 3 times now and should at least get the fries for free. She said NO! I haveto payyy! WOW!
