Not pleased with this location. The wait we had after placing our order was like I was in a Whataburger drive thru. Over 7... minutes in line after ordering. Get to the window and they didn?t get our order right. They have to remake it, all in all spend$27. We get home and my cool wrap is literally so tiny. Our ?large? fries wouldn?t have even filled a medium container. Will notbe coming to this location any longer. Read more

I used to love this Chick-fil-A but lately the staff has been replaced by younger people who have no idea on what to do. They... even talk to fellow employees with disrespect. There?s a young lady that works here, beautiful smile and always brightens up myday. I was talking to another young lady in the window, ask her to get the other young lady?s attention so I could say, ?hi?. Asshe was approaching closer, another young lady with a blue shirt on started yelling at her and walked away. I have never seenthis young lady not smile. It honestly bothered me. The other young lady in the window just laughed and said, she always yellsat her for nothing. I just drove off but I felt so bad for that young lady because she always smiles and to see her like that, Iknow it hurt her. ???? Please work with you staff on how to teach others because the girl in the blue shirt?s behavior wasatrocious. You do not treat people that way. Never spent less than $30 here and come often since moving to the area and it?s hit or miss. For $30 on fast food chicken to not... have the order expedited correctly is annoying. I?ve honestly never had such inconsistent service at any chic-fil-a across thecountry. Today, wrong sauces, wrong drink (which is common here since somehow ?Arnold Palmer? sounds like ?Tea? to them? theyeven punch my lid as ?Tea? ???????????) and stale bread that came in a package and not heated on our sandwich. Always a great experience at this Chick-Fil-A. I live halfway between 2 and will never go to the other because of management and... poor experiences. The drive thru line always moves fast, they have plenty of people to take your order. Staff is always welltrained and friendly. Orders are accurate 99% of the time. I like that they also deliver and have curbside pickup, so no matterhow you want your Chick-fil-A, you can get it! Read more

They Forgot my grape jelly, so I went into the store and saw the area where all the condiments were and thought I grabbed some.... I was immediately redirected to come to the counter as if I was doing something wrong. I'm a adult not a child, make sure youhave a front door policy insinuating that most of the the inside of your store is close so customers don't get the wrong idea.Only at this location do they watch you if you're a person of color.
