Wasn?t this place supposed to be fast food restaurant with a good customer services? This chickfila was the worst chickfila that... I?ve been to. Had terrible food service + and food quality. I had to wait for my to get my order for 20min just because theworkers were busy chatting with their coworkers. There were about five workers at around 130pm today watching the counter. Theymade me to wait so long, so one of a white guy with brown hair, the one who took my order, checked what is going on with mychicken strips, and his coworker said they are ?working on? my order. Meanwhile, the rest of the other workers were gigglingaround, and it turned out that the cook did not even get the order, so I just had to wait for no reason. If they checked atleast once with the cook, I wouldn't have to wait that long. I guess they just had a busy lunch hour so they wanted to take abreak, and I had to sacrifice my precious lunch break for them? Also I got my food and my food taste super old. I thought I hadto wait so long because they were out of fries and stripes, but they already had it and it tastes like it was cooked about 5hrsago. All I wanted to do was grabbing my food in a fast food restaurant and get back to work. I don?t think I will go to otherchickfila from now on until that place is no longer college freshman?s hang out spot, but an actual restaurant where i can getmy food. Read more
Order inside. Get it while it?s hot! Fast quick service. Order the spicy chicken sando meal with the peach shake. Joshua was a... great help in making sure my order was accurate along with the 2 other meals I ordered. By the time I filled my fountain drinksthey were calling my name to give me my order. I have been to many Chick-Fil-A's, and usually attend this one since it is super close to home. "Briana", the women in the front... of the store did not make this experience pleasurable. Not only did she charge me for sauces, which is "Un-heard of", but shesmirked, and laughed at my face with her colleagues. I dont mind paying for sauces - just to be clear. My issue is the smirking,and laughing, which is not only mean, but really hurtful. Such a disappointment. Read more

I'm leaving this review because I really like this location and want to see things improved. This location used to be a really... good Chick-fil-A but for some reason the quality has dropped off big time on the breakfasts in the last 6 to 12 months. Thebiscuits for the egg and cheese biscuit are horrible. They are not fluffy but rather very flat, hard and almost cardboard like. It may as well be a frozen biscuit. At first I thought it was an aberration but it's been like that now very regularly at thislocation for a long while. Just to double check myself I went to the CFA on Mockingbird by Love Field, and the breakfastbiscuit sandwich was so much better. Night and day difference. I have also tried other locations outside of this area andagain, so much better than this one on Hillcrest. I have also tried the breakfast burrito at this location, and it's betterthan the biscuit sandwich but often times the hash browns and sausage in it are clumped together on one end or the other ratherthan each being spread evenly through the burrito. Seems like there needs to be better preparation techniques and bettermanagerial oversight of the preparation. On a good note, lunches are always good at this location. Read more
Good food but someone needs to tell the guy from India not to sweep the floor when people are eating. I would have, but... thankfully I had just finished. Its rude and unsanitary. Managers, an almost empty restaurant is not an empty restaurant as longas people are still eating. Give us the same respect as those received when the restaurant was full. Witnessed someone get grabbed by his collar and picked up by one of the employees for trying to get his food after being ignored... last Thursday. Was completely uncalled for. Police should?ve been called. Absolutely deranged behavior, will not be coming back. Read more
