Very popular downtown Dallas location. Food was hot and fresh. Lunchtime crowd caused a little delay and crowding in the pick up... area but food was worth the wait. Chick-fil-A is always consistently good. Read more
We were trying out their catering. We put in a $185 order and scheduled it for pick up at 11:30 on a Wednesday to beat the lunch... rush. We made sure to get the order in early online the day before. It wasn't ready at 11:30 and we had to wait in line too justto ask for it. There seemed to be some attitude about it from the get go with the employees. Like our catering order was aproblem and they kept directing us to this young man...only he could help us apparently. He kept going to the back...first forthe forgotten lemonade. Then the missing pickles. Then the chips that weren't in the bag. Then some condiment packets. Then acashier loudly said to another customer right in front of us that the hold up on their order was caused by our catering order.Part of the order was missing and although we did get plates and cups there was nothing to use for the fruit tray or the chickenstrips tray. Mostly it was the attitude galore we received from the moment we arrived from the staff at this location. They madeit clear that our catering order was not welcome. Actually the staff were terse and borderline rude. I was disappointed becauseit was not ready and waiting for us when we arrived. I would say, do not to use this location for your catering. I won't beusing them again. The Dickey's next door always does a great job with our catering orders...and they smile when we arrive. Theyare pleasant. Being kind to customers goes a long way. Has anyone noticed that they don?t have good customer service at this location. Seriously I only think the reason they are so... popular is because it?s downtown. The location is great due to the businesses located all around the renaissance building. Otherthan that they suck. I have NEVER heard anyone say my pleasure or thank you. They don?t follow simple food instructions and Ido mean simple food instructions. What?s the point of ordering with the iPad when you still have to go to the register and pay.They are unorganized like for real. I?ve never complained about a chick fa la. My car battery died while in there parking lot. Charles C said they had a jump starter pack and help me jump my car. Sat with me... for over an hour willing to help. Asked us if he can get us drinks or anything while we sat in the Texas heat. If i could givemore than five stars I would. Chick fil a always goes above and beyond for their customers. Will be a customer for life becauseof employees like Charles. Read more
The staff were extremely friendly and funny. Every thing was organized and was very easy to order, very streamlined. The food... tasted amazing, everything was crispy. I've been to this location twice. It is underground fyi. The food was great for being in a food court. I could not tell the... difference at all. However the employees aren't quite as outgoing as a typical location. The were very friendly just not asoutgoing like I said. I will be back. Get the app!
